hey markus, so nice to see the new eurostar in your video! Normally we would say, we let you travel eurostar so we don't have to, but this is super nice! I would not even have looked at eurostar for the next few decades if not for watching your review.
Pretty much all of the trains stop at Midi, Central and North stations. That's probably the most convenient option. You can also take the tram/bus and metro, but it's a bit more complicated.
I want to book Eurostar from Brussels to Paris CDG Only 1 train showing In itinerary But I have only 2.5 hrs transit if I take that train. I have to take a flight to Toronto from there If train is on time I think that option is fine If not I have to take the train to Paris Nord and then take RER B to CDG back
I don't know how reliable this train, as I've only tried it a handful of times. But I would not feel comfortable with 2.5 hours for a connection between Schengen and non-Schengen, regardless of the mode of transportation.
Hi, how long did you wait for the security? I'm planning to give 1 hour buffer to catch the train. Is it enough? Also, do they require passport to check in?/passport control?
On my train from Brussels to Paris, there was no security check and no passport control. I haven't yet taken the Eurostar across the Channel though. One hour sounds like a good buffer.
In netherlands u can choose 3 prize/ comfort categories in this eurostar. I wanted to take the middle category= called "comfort".but if that has the same small leg space like you have in this video: im not going to pay that amount: its no value for money.. it was 414 euros for 3 people amsterdam- marne la vallee paris.. my height is 190cm..
@@MarkusTravels I just booked the comfort one for one person. It did not let me to choose the seat nor change it. I looked it up online for the seat configuration. I got the ones that face to each other. So. I'll be facing with stranger with 1:1 config. That will be awkward. omg. Wondering if I can change my seat somewhere. www.seat61.com/reference/trainseatplans/Thalys-seat-plan.pdf Coach 3 - 14 and Coach 2 - 61

Don't worry about that. At the station and on the train, the staff will speak English. As well as Dutch and German. The Eurostar is a very international service.

Thanks! Yes this was a pretty nice experience, and the new cabin is smart!
Nice - intending to try it soon from midi to Paris
I think you will enjoy it!
Bellevidrohenri🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for watching!
Nice video
Did the train reach Paris on time
I am going to take this journey in May
Yes, the train was perfectly on time. Since they run on dedicated high-speed tracks, I think it's easier to be punctual.
If you buy tickets 5 months in advance ticket price is 29 Euro. Now with Eurostar you can already buy tickets for July
How can I get from Midi to the Central Station in Brussels?

Yes, and that's a decent price!
I got a 24€ ticket 2 weeks in advance in July!
@@TheArmchairist Liar => Not possible , minimum price is always 29 Euro .

I'm not that tall, so for me the space was ok. Not excellent, but ok.
Hello sir! did you book your ticket online? Did you print the ticket?
I booked online, and had it on my phone.
Comfort vs regular one. Which one is better? Is it worth paying additional 15 euro to upgrade from the regular to comfort?
If the difference is only 15 euro, I would upgrade. Then you can get a solo seat, which I think is valuable.

Hola cómo compro el tiquete con equipaje. Gracias
I don't think you can book baggage separately. There is no dedicated baggage car, as far as I know.
