    I bought a Cosori Pressure Cooker and some accessories about a year ago. It's brilliant, I have used the Sauté, Pressure Cooking, Slow cook and always have the keep warm on. A game changer

    I've just come across your channel. Thank you for the great content. I've just purchased this pressure cooker snd wondered where you got the worktop protector you're standing it on. I've struggled to find anything online that I think will be suitable to protect worktop. Hope you can offer some advice. TIA.

      I wish I could help but it’s actually a kitchen tile cut to size! We had lots left after doing the kitchen, they make fantastic surface protectors 🙂 just stuck a little non slip matting on the bottom!

    Hi Victoria, just watching your video and have subscribed as recipes look yummy. Just one little query … did you add all four knorr stock pots to the 350 ml of water in the first dirty rice recipe or just one knorr stick pot?

      @@Victoria_Foulger lol. TBH after thinking about it I thought it must be one 😆. I’m just about to start your recipe for the slow cooked gammon dish in my cosori pressure cooker 🤞👍 hope you will show more dishes to do in this device as the recipe book falls a bit short 🤔thanks again for taking the time to reply 👍 i’m also looking forward to trying the risotto recipe which looked yummy. I was only put off today as the risotto rice in Tesco was £3 a bag which I thought was over the top … I will wait until I can find it a bit cheaper.

    Hey Victoria! Can I ask where you get the frozen garlic from. I so need to go down this route, with having large family.

    • @Victoria_Foulger
      @Victoria_Foulger  4 місяці тому +1

      Hi, I usually find it in blocks in farmfoods or chopped you can usually get in Iceland and Tesco. Lifesaver!

      Hi, I buy mine in farm foods, I haven’t seen it anywhere else in blocks but most supermarkets do frozen chopped garlic 🧄 😋

    Help I’ve just bought a Cosori the same one you have. I have bought beginners cook book . How do you know how many minutes to cook veggies for I’m think potatoes for roasting I’m thinking 4 minutes on high but would that be quick release or natural . Is it trial and error or do you follow recipes. Thank you your food looked amazing.

    • @Victoria_Foulger
      @Victoria_Foulger  23 дні тому

      I find it all trial and error really, sometimes I google things. Do you mean to par boil the potatoes? If so I’d say maybe try 3 minutes and quick release to start or they may go mushy.

    • @ellenlyons4090
      @ellenlyons4090 22 дні тому

      @ yes that’s what I want to do par boil for roasting. There was a small recipe booklet that came with my Cosori but obviously that gives timings for the recipes. That’s the only thing I think would be beneficial a printed attachment on different veggies how long to cook and whether quick release or slow. But I’ll get there by watching people like yourself whose confidence is amazing. Thank you for your help.
