    ABOUT DANNY
    -----------------------
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!
I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.
On UA-cam and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.
Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble
I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

This actually made me cry. I lost my dad to covid a little over 2 years ago. I've worked with him for over 7 years on developing a pretty good swing. Keep in mind he started playing golf at the age of 70. I remember the hurdles he endured and happiness on the progress he made on the range. Giving each other high fives when he swung well. Cherish these moments and memories. It's a great feeling.

Regardless of age, time spent playing, or any other factors, 17 fairways is simply awesome!
Also, to have dropped that many strokes is equally as impressive.

Danny, I really enjoyed watching you work with your dad. More so for the relationship you two have. The golf is secondary to me, although I do play once a week with some guys. Keep up the good work.👍🏽

An excellent , very enjoyable video to watch your dad reach the magic 200 yard distance.
I will watch it again making notes of the vital points & then try to increase my driver distance.
It was a lovely moment when your dad realised that he was the proud owner of the new Callaway Paradyn driver.
Well done to both of you.
YOU HAVE ENCOURAGED ME & NO DOUBT OTHER SENIORS TO KEEP WORKING ON DANNY'S WAYS TO IMPROVE.

Your dads comment about the club feeling really light... I can relate, I recently bought the ParadymX and I could feel the difference between the older Lynx Predator I was using and that club. It gave me a better feeling of where the club head was in relation to my hands and body that made it MUCH easier to hit longer and straighter than I had before. Couple that extra feel and the changes I made to my swing from watching videos that you and Ricky made and I've gone from hitting 178 yard left to right bananas to smashing 190+ yard straight hits even with my injuries. Thankyou!

Your dad videos are my favourites. My dad taught me to play golf as a kid. These are some of my best memories. I'm 55 now and he is 77. He has only days left now, with pancreatic cancer. This video is great for so many reasons...but mainly for that embrace at the end. What a gift you are to each other. What a gift golf is to men allowing us to share joy and companionship. I know from the way you talk to your dad that you love, admire and respect him.. and that it's 2 way. And I know that you feel the preciousness of these times. Thanks Danny. So grateful for the kindness I see that reminds me of my relationship with my dad. Respect.

What a great vid. When the music rolled in the background I knew that >200 was coming and sure enough got a touch teary eyed. This is just an awesome series for we modest golfers to learn from.

Hi Danny love the videos with your dad as he is the same age group as me and suffers the same problems as I do .I unfortunately have had major Bowel cancer surgery after Xmas and spent some time in hospital after surgery and your videos kept me going through some hard days I have also converted some of my fellow patients who are also golfers to your channel which kept us all entertained
I am at home now and I will be slowly recovering getting ready for the new season I hope so keep the lessons coming whilst I can’t get out on the course
    Cheers Alan Gregory 😢

Thank you again Danny as you've provided all of us aspiring golfers with some brilliant visual aids: the left shoulder (for right-handers of course) being the centre of the circle; how to maintain the radius by creating room for the club to swing through; the image of a hammer-thrower keeping a rhythm & making an upward movement as the hammer is released. They are all brilliant pointers. Maybe it should be called the 'magic circle'!
