Juts got through the on line assessment and interview at Morrisons - not too tricky. Start training Saturday I used to be on big bucks but covid kicked that into touch! If you get an interview just put yourself in the customers position and remember team work, customer support is key.
Though i came here for afvise, i realise, that i've followed you long enough to know what i do...i've pretty much run down these routes which you've been giving in this video already. But that's be cause you've somehow "installed a specific Coding" in my head about how to approach all sorts of job titles. I realise you've helped my brain train to think more about what does the specific company need, how can I improve their sustainability and what can i offer them that reduces the risk factor of hiring me specific. Aswell as how to use those few holden nuggets to make them remember me vs the stack of cv's on the desk. I practised a lot of your stuff on friends and family, aswell as in a few jobs throughout the years which worked well too.

I used the STAR technique for the questions which what this video recommended, e.g. answering a customer complaint. The key to it is to sound really enthusiastic. The main thing also is to really research the company so you sound interested . They will also ask you your availability if interested, so its a good idea preparing for that. This will really pay off, trust me :) Hope the interview goes well, good luck! :)

haha fr. for the “tell me about yourself” i would just say that youre friendly cus then that shows that your nice w others. and talk about school and if it’s remote learning or i person.
If you did say all this, it will show the employer you have prepared for the interview in a lot of depth, and for a 16 year old I'm sure they would employ you as it shows your dedication to succeed.
I finished my interview, applied for a sektorist position (the one who arranges the place and puts tuff where it should be or folds clothes) in one of the biggest chain of supermarkets here. It wasn't as professional as I thought so i think I did well (I could only say a little bit more in the "present yourself" question & said I'm a fast learner so lack of job experience won't be a problem). But there were so many candidates & most of the candidates had work experience so I'd idk if I'll cut it but hopefully I made a good impression lol
i failed my last interview at waitrose in november because i was nervous. i have gained confidence and i’m going to attempt another interview at the range tomorrow. hope i get the job😂

If you’re energetic, be energetic. if you’re quiet (like me), don’t be quiet😂 speak with confidence and sit down dominantly so you look professional. when they ask you questions, don’t hesitate, just try your best and ask them if you don’t understand something. ALSO, at the end they will ask you if you have any questions FOR them. please don’t say you have no questions. Just ask them simple questions like “what’s the team like?” “how long are the shifts?” you know? anyways, I left the range and now I work at H&M (been working there for over a year now). Gonna leave soon and work at Deichmann. Good luck!

Hi what do I say for this question You are working in the beer, wines and spirits section. A Customer approaches you and asks for a bottle of wine for a particular dish. You do not have it in stock.- what do u do ?
You should apologise that it isn’t available and let them know when it will return to stock. You should then make recommendations of alternative products by finding out their requirements and needs :)

I finished my interview, applied for a sektorist position (the one who arranges the place and puts tuff where it should be or folds clothes) in one of the biggest chain of supermarkets here. It wasn't as professional as I thought so i think I did well (I could only say a little bit more in the "present yourself" question & said I'm a fast learner so lack of job experience won't be a problem). But there were so many candidates & most of the candidates had work experience so I'd idk if I'll cut it but hopefully I made a good impression lol

just be yourself. If you’re energetic, be energetic. if you’re quiet (like me), don’t be quiet😂 speak with confidence and sit down dominantly so you look professional. when they ask you questions, don’t hesitate, just try your best and ask them if you don’t understand something.
ALSO, at the end they will ask you if you have any questions FOR them. please don’t say you have no questions. Just ask them simple questions like “what’s the team like?” “how long are the shifts?” you know?
anyways, I left the range and now I work at H&M (been working there for over a year now). Gonna leave soon and work at Deichmann. Good luck!

You should apologise that it isn’t available and let them know when it will return to stock. You should then make recommendations of alternative products by finding out their requirements and needs :)

The manager knew i done retail for years and even said i could do it with my eyes closed, i was employed at the time and looking to change and come work with them, still didnt get the job.
