  • 25 minutes solid running when I did not feel like it in my week 6 run 3 of #couchto5k .
    I am back and I am back to being fat and bad at running, although I was never not fat and never too great at running. However I am more than 2 stone above where I got to when I stopped posting weight loss videos and can not run for more than 3 mins at the moment! So I am going to do something about that in 2024 and to kick start this new journey I am taking part in #Ranuary which takes many forms but I am going to try the Run Everyday (R.E.D.) challenge.

    You’re so close to the everyday challenge Ad !! 🎉are you going to switch to 3 times a week like C25K suggests?

      yeah i think so, maybe some gym visits or long walks on off days until I get to a comfortable 5k
