Lemurs: Amazing facts

Lemur, generally, any primitive primate except the tarsier; more specifically, any of the indigenous primates of Madagascar. Most lemurs of Madagascar and the nearby Comoro Islands have large eyes, foxlike faces, monkeylike bodies, and long hind limbs.
