@@mattiasvandenberg2685 is this stage, I used 80 for Foss, Sheffield, and Ganna. As you can see by the results, all three finished in the top 10, but Ganna gaining much more time due to his stats. With practice, just ensure you time the finish to burn your energy and attack bars to hit zero as you cross the line.
@@freew0rrld check out my recent Giro D’Italia Stage 7 video that should help understand how to make adjustments for TT’s with hills. Also use your earlier riders / lesser skilled riders to understand the the effort you need to maintain for the stage 👍
@@Baitfinessesystem Thanks a lot for the response. This video and the one you reccomended are very useful. I was able to finish 2nd to Remco on that stage by basically getting to speed quickly as you said and then keeping an 80ish pace throughout the stage, conserving energy and doing a big sprint on the last km or so.
This is a great tip improved my climber to an average tt rider, was just wondering have you done the rider career mode yet? I’m in season 4 and the bigger teams are showing interest but my training is shocking at the moment I’m just letting the assistant do it, do you have any tips for the training?
What difficulty was this? I find TT to be very challenging this year. I am playing on expert and i consistently get beaten by riders who shouldnt be beating my riders. Is adjusting the effort for up and downhill very important?
@@OwneOle the same tactics apply regardless of difficulty - and even more so in a TT that doesn’t have a flat run, stage 7 on the Giro is a prime example where the last section of the TT is an uphill climb Be aware that on expert/extreme that multipliers that effect the AI will have more impact so whilst on paper you’d think those lower riders shouldn’t be beating you - the multiplier will have a higher calculation for those lower riders.
@@Baitfinessesystem Yeah. I run extreme pretty comfortably in normal stages and are doing pretty good. I just dont wanna turn down difficulty in TT'S. Feels a bit cheap if you see what i mean 😁
This works insanely good !
@@yvesnelissen6374 thank you, glad it’s helping
Could you do a Video for TTT and very short TT
@@marcomerbecks1310 good idea
Is 80 always the base effort? If no, how do you determine it for your specific rider?

Stage 21 TT of the Tour de France is the one that's really diffcult. Very hard to keep 85 pace on more than 10kms of climbing
