      I’m glad you liked it! And we love Brandy! :) I have little girls a similar age to her daughter and they play together when there is a TR event we are all at!

    Thanks for the video. I love seeing SC. For people wanting to move there, how far are the Hospitals? How are the schools?

    • @aubree_lewis

      Definitely check out info about the Prisma health system. To my knowledge it’s the largest hospital system in the southeast. You may also want to check out St. Francis hospital.
      As far as school go this is a great resource www.greatschools.org

      No one wants you to move here. Stay in your own city. Stop trying to move into small towns cause you love the way they feel. It's no longer a small town. Traffic is everywhere now cause subdivision ls are popping up every lot possible. Thanks for ruining my hometown

    I'm actually a resident of TR since 2004. I remember seeing the railroad tracks before it got turned into the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I have also seen the Pineatone Development.
    The only events I've seen were the Christmas Parades from the late 2000s-early 2010s.
    Very recently, my parents & I have been to the Whistle Stop Cafe; I liked the food a lot there.
    The only thing left I've yet to enjoy is the live events.

    Very informative. We toured through the Greenville SC area in the autumn of 2019 to check it out. Mike Cruice had a nice driving tour throughout the Greenville area.

      I love Mike!! He’s been around my business from day one!! I would note that there are quite a few things that have gone in, “changed” for the good here in Greenville since 2019.

    wish everyone who moved in after 2000 would leave, turned it into a yankee town

    • @aubree_lewis
      @aubree_lewis  Рік тому +2

      :/ I’m sorry that’s your opinion. I’m not a yankee and I moved to TR after 2000. I love the people here and what is becoming. It’s better than abandoned warehouses and grocery stores that weren’t being used and going into disrepair.

    • @CH-rn7bk
      @CH-rn7bk Рік тому

      @Aubree Lewis not just my opinion. It's most of the original townsfolk opinion. Yankee or not your an outsider moving your money in and trying to move the feel of the town out. It's like every other little town. You guys love the way it is then move in and change it. So it becomes something different. You have no idea what makes TR. It's the smallness that made it great and you want more people to move in. They bring their ideology with them.

    • @aubree_lewis
      @aubree_lewis  Рік тому

      @@CH-rn7bk again, this is an opinion. And we will agree to disagree. TR has already changed and will continue to change. It is a great small town with people who care about their community. The opinion you share here is one of many different ones and will not change what has already been set in motion in this area. If TR didn’t change and grow it would die.

    • @CH-rn7bk
      @CH-rn7bk Рік тому

      @Aubree Lewis it's not a small town anymore that's where you keep making your mistake. It's not the same small town that you loved when you moved into why because there way more people than it used to be. And 90 percent of them are rich city people trying to get away from a city yet turning the small town into yet another city. No one but outsiders like the new restaurants. You don't even know about main street. You think you know buy have. No idea. You probably had to google everything to know anything. Stop ruining travelers rest.

    What is the average price per square foot in TR?

    • @aubree_lewis
      @aubree_lewis  Рік тому

      So I think it depends on 1) Where exactly do you want to live and 2) What size house are you looking at. I can give you an average price per sq ft within ranges of what you are looking for, or even neighborhood specific prices, but a general price per sqft for the entire area wouldn't be an accurate picture.
