What videos do you want to see this year? :) Anything specific, certain topics, more of something I've done before, or maybe an update on an old video from the past? Let me know! 💘
Hey, Jessica!!! We share the same birthday and do the same stuff!🤗😍🥰 plus, I just found out you’re a Filipino 🇵🇭 I love your contents and love you so much!!!💕
Please do vids like this.. . I love it. Just you be yourself taking us on adventures.. vlogging video is fun to watch.. I love thrifting.. and painting. Your such a beautiful young woman.. Bless you.. JESUS IS LORD HALLELUJA JESUS AMEN 🙏.
Thrifting is so nostalgic for me I can remember being 5 years old (I’m 35 now) and being so excited to go with my grandma to all the best thrift stores. We’d shop all day til we dropped lol then get Wendy’s on the way home and We’d dip fries in our frosty lol it’s so fun watching your channel seeing all the treasures you find.
So apparently there are a lot of people who like to watch people do relaxing things, like watering plants, cleaning. Just doing every day chores, because of anxieties or whatever the case may be. So keep on marching on... I like to see the cool stuff people find in thrift stores...
I really like the direction you’re going! I don’t really watch “traditional” thrift hauls anymore because of exactly what you discussed- it does just feel like the person is buying things simply for the sake of the video, and seeing the person spend their money in that way is upsetting and really makes me feel icky and uncomfortable. 😣 I really like the concept you’ve showed here today, where you’re sharing your thoughts on ideas that have been swimming in your head, all while appreciating unique things and either not buying anything at all, or finding + buying gems that either match what has been on your wishlist or are gems that you happened to find and fall in love with and simply had to have. 😊
I am 100% in support of the changes you're making for your thrifting vlogs. At this point, you have become a smarter thrifter. Sending love from the Philippines. 🇵🇭 Ingat lagi, Jessica! 😊
Love this style of thrifting change up! Also, I miss your thoughts that you’d share at the end. They were always so inspiring. I go back and watch some old ones sometimes just to catch those.
My parents used to live by a town with a ton of quirky little antique stores, and every time I went to them I would send photos of all the weirdest things I could find to my best friend, the only one I knew who would appreciate a porcelain Three Stooges set, or a cat with demonized ruby eyes, or a statuette that had a tag on it that literally said "Cat/Dog??" (he came home with me). I love that kind of stuff, and I appreciate that this video has a similar vibe.
This format is great! I personally really love Amanda Symonds thrifting videos because shes SO picky with her items. She will show a bunch of cool items for the sake of just showing them and giving an opinion, but at the end of the day she only leaves with a few pieces she REALLY loves. Its more self-aware and less wasteful! I think youre going in a great direction with your type of thrifting videos! I dont see my small amount of friends very often (i live actually pretty close to where you do) and theyre all like 30 mins-an hour from me. So watching videos like this helps with my daily social interaction (im sure its like that for a lot of people). So the more like “hang out” vibe, the more i enjoy it 🖤
Great video. I recently went to those antique shops in Pomona. It was fun watching what caught your attention. I had limited time the day I went, but plan to go again.
That little purse was gorgeous. I'd buy it even just to look at it. Don't know if you know--there used to be an old TV show (black and white) about a talking horse called Mr Ed. Anyone from that generation would get the reference immediately.
Yaaay! Love seeing your gorgeous face pop up on my feed! And I totally support your new vision for videos because I too have thrift so much myself that I have a fabulous closet and no long do massive hauls. Plus with me being remote for work my style has shift to more casual and comfy.
I love your view on thrift hauls/videos! I’m currently writing my Bachelors Thesis on Second-hand fashion and fashion consumption and it’s really shifted my view, too. Anyway love this style of videos 🥰 p.s. currently conducting a little survey on fashion consumption in case anyone is interested in participating 🫶🏻
We support your changes! Definitely love these type of vlog-style videos. Maybe change your approach to more styling videos instead of thrifting, like that video where you had to change into different outfits in less than 10 minutes and your husband would read out the occasions from different cards.
Good for you! You need to do what's best for you. No one should be buying a bunch of stuff just for a video. I have seen some content creators thirft and try on things if the dressing rooms are open but not buy anything. Or they just shop and show the items without buying anything. This is only a suggestion for anyone if you can control the urge to not impulse buy. I myself sometimes struggle with impulse buying.
I have already done the abundance clean out. I brought the clothes to a girls' school and received a letter of thanks. I brought the best of best, mostly with tags still in tack . Looking at piles of clothes in each closet is ridiculous. When we were in for the pandemic, we wore the same comfortable clothes and switched them up. Anyway my thing now is, how can I use the money I would spend collecting more unnecessary items ? Answer : investment.
Hi Jess! I've been watching you for the last 3 years and I always feel like we are friends. So any format you decide to do us good by me :) You grow and evolve, so does your channel. And it's ok!
I really like this video I was getting so bored of thrifting so much so I was unsubcribing from thrifting channels I was even going to unsubcribe from your channel but I saw you posted I gave your channel another go and I really like this it was really great 👍 👌..
Cackling about the couple engaging in adult recreation LOL reminds me of a Bollywood movie, where this humanoid alien comes to earth, and he is amazed by the "dancing cars" that have free-for-all clothes in the front seat (bc the occupants are in the nude recreating - sometimes procreating - in the back)
Will always support what you do with your content💖 also, would you possibly purchase an item and send it to a fan, if we of course send you the money for the item and pay for the shipping? Saw something I went crazy over and just wanted to ask!
Thank you!!! Have a great day. Hope you visit Toronto and meet you someday. My favourite video of yours was when you visited Philippines for a vacation.
Jessica I am very excited I am getting my nailed do e for my concert am very excited get my nails this will be my second time I will love getting my nails done I will love getting my nails done love Jessica mandy

I love the thrift/vlog combo! This feels much more relaxed and I feel like I’m connecting with your vibe so much more here than in previous videos!

I love the small talks inbetween the clips! I wouldn’t mind more videos similar to this one!
I loved this video and appreciate you moving away from haul culture which can be unsustainable and encourage unnecessary consumerism ❤️
Love this new chill thrift/ thrift date format! 💖

If you’re comfortable could you do an update about the health issues you were having? Hope you’re well!
You do you❤️
I love a good vloggy-thrifty vibe!

You probably don't know that Mr. Ed was a television show back in the 60's! It was about a talking horse, named Mr. Ed. Just a little trivia for you.
Girl u should have went down the street to Echo thrift in pomona. Way cheaper an friendly!
I had no idea that was there! Adding to my list for next time! 😊
wish i could find antique stores/thrift shops like these.
maybe there are some within a couple hours away and you could make a day trip out of it with a friend or family member!
@@JessicaNeistadt that’s a good idea! i’ll think about that, thanks :)
Wish I knew you were close I could have met up with you and showed you some of my favorite spots

👁️🤔I didn't like the video, you talked too much and to add more corniness you started to sing🙅🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😳
That's okay! I hope you find another thrifter whose videos you find to be a better fit to watch 😊 🧡
