Love idea of the ones with Master bedroom downstairs, but that is because we do not have small children, and yet can have family visit and they would absolutely love having upstairs and down to enjoy their stay and we can relax on first in between times when we need a sort of time out. They would need it too am sure Thank you for showing the homes , and lets pray we win soon!
like this house so elegant yet it has a warmth and welcoming feel to it the color is neutral but they add a lot of splash of colors all through out ! and the design itself is really well laid out for functionality there is no wasted space in my opinion well done whoever the designer and the interior decorator and btw they music is lit!.

Those steel stamped grills are killing me...if anyone at Toll Bros is listening...tell your silly hvac guy to use the high flow 2 way adjustable grills. They cost about $5 more per grill. Please tell me this place at least has extended media air cleaners...
An amazing home. However, there are too many dark finishes for my taste. It feels cold and austere to me and there is an excessive amount of free space. Then again, we all love differing beauty. It is lovely though.

Decor is ok. I prefer mid century, more plants. Too many conflicting patterns. Isolated dining room is so small and confined. Too bad they didn’t do an indoor/outdoor living concept with the large doors. I like the outside the best.
