My friend had the same bump on the helix piercing and the doctor injected a steroid injection and it slowly fell off. Process took 2 weeks. Now her skin has healed and it looks like nothing ever happened. And her bump was huge to begin with, I think kirat should try this first and have surgery as the last resort. Hey guys...It's called a keloid u can google it if u want....some people have a tendency of developing these...It appears when a wound is not properly healed...they generally appear around the ears or neck ....I think kirat has one bcz of the peircing wound...i had one from a wound above my lip the doctor advised me not to have surgery bcos if they cut it it will go but will be back after sometime and even bigger....my dermatologist treated mine very well....She gave me some injections exactly in that keloid and it's gone completely....I'm not sure but it's called corticosteroid injection....

Hey mere v hoya c same kann de piche goli jehi ban gayi c i m from germany i went to the dermatologist and they stunned the infected part with an injection so i couldnt feel anything and they simply just cuted it with scissors 🤷🏽♀️ nothing dramatic i can also share a picture if you are interested ! It didnt even hurt it is NOT AT ALL a dramatic surgery atleast over here in germany dont know how doctors in india work & it didnt even grow back thats not true !

Guyz it goes away on its own...even i got one after my piercing and mine bump was way bigger than kirat's and it disappeared with time. Believe me there's no need for surgery. All you need to do is to just put a lil bit of pressure on it with the tip of your fingers on a daily basis.

Yeah it goes away on its on i have same piercing too i had bump but i applied warm desi ghee on it every day and it goes away sometimes it takes time but no surgery needed

That called hypertrophic scar or keloid scar. Fix by injection get treatment as soon as possible otherwise it's keep growing. Then you need surgery. I had one I fix it in Melbourne by injection
