This is super exciting Dean. I've been planning a collection layout change that includes all new custom display cabinets similar to what you've selected. I venture to guess that the price for those in Thailand is more reasonable than stateside, but could be wrong.
I know this was filmed in late April, just before you got your boxes from the shipper. So hopefully by now you've been able to look through everything and confirm that it all arrived in good shape. I know I'd be pretty nervous about that too until I was able to confirm everything with my own eyes.
Really loving this series and living vicariously through you. It's always fun to watch collections come together and knowing that you'll be able to display everything, that will be amazing.

I've not been able to open my boxes yet as the house is still a construction site, but as I'm sure you'll realize, I'm absolutely itching to get into them to make sure everything is ok. While these cabinets are a lot more expensive than the Ikea cabinets, I was pleasantly surprised and was able to get these for way under my intended budget.

Hi Ben. The ceilings are 270cm high, so there will still be a bit of headroom. There's actually no corner cabinet, it's an area of dead space where the cabinets along the two walls meet. I'll definitely be showing my boxes getting delivered in the next installment of this series. 👍🏻

Yes, I agree. Black is nice but I feel that it looks a lot more enclosed.
