It's official. There will be no figures from SLC/The Fans Strike Back and there will certainly be no refunds. This isn't ground breaking news, but getting blamed personally for this is indeed ground breaking.

I’d like to say thank you to AT8, RetroBlasting, Analog Toys, and Star Wars Obsessed for saving me from wasting my time and money. I likely would have tried to buy at least some of the Missing 12 and the Bantha. Seeing multiple outlets I respect issuing warnings made me hesitate and wait to see how things worked out. I was then able to invest in Stan Solo offerings, with which I am ecstatic. I hope it’s some consolation to the aforementioned UA-camrs that you helped so many of us avoid the scam.

Just ridiculous! How can they re-appear and start trading again as if nothing ever happened. And then to blame their customers!! I wrote off my Bantha money ages ago - several hundred dollars gone straight into their pockets. Do not give them a penny!

I preordered the 13. I wish he had just stayed quiet. Coming back out with these b.s. excuses just makes me more angry. Does he honestly expect us to be ok with giving him money and getting nothing in return? He can place blame everywhere but himself. Oh but I guess he is just a third party payment processor now.

Star Wars is a special case IP following Lucas' announcement that fans are free to produce their own stuff. Stan's products are extremely limited runs, so they're considered custom artworks. SS had to cease & desist making the Marion Ravenwood figures
Star Wars may be considered a special exception but I can't figure how the Kenner brand name and trade mark can be used without the permission of Hasbro.

I’m not sure what business name he used but there are numerous court cases against him for things not related to SLC.
As someone who filed a complain with the PA AG, I can tell you that situation cost Krahn exactly zero dollars to deal with. The AG sent me a letter saying they can't compel the business to do anything, seek personal legal services. So that's another lie.

Yeah, I stay away from indie sellers (a lot of which are just backyard shed operations) these days. Got burned once. I was lucky - it was only $60 for the George Lucas Stormtrooper Black Series figure. But I know some ppl got torched for $1000+. Dudes basically went off the grid and did a runner. Bulletproof Villain really did live up to their name lol

I did not order these figures as even though I grew up with the original Kenner line I do not collect it now. The response by the Fans Strike Back is total BS. Anyone who knows you, Tony, and Michael knows you don’t put out garbage, and at least you and Michael lost money on this. I’m glad Stan Solo is back in business and showing how someone can do vintage Star Wars correctly.

I received the Thrawn and Han Trooper from Krahn. I don’t disagree with anything you said but I’d say the fact the Stan Solo sold Krahn the business and then immediately started selling figures again is shady and likely did cost them a lot of money. But at this point give it up. You can’t sell figures or anything again after this.
I don’t believe that SSC started selling figures immediately after selling the business to Krahn, it was more a case of seeing how badly SLC was being managed that Chris Smith started SSC so that collectors could actually get some good figures.

Ah yes, asking for refunds was the problem…. I bought 2 of his coins way back, and they are just poorly done. They are too big to fit in the blisters with the coin, and the text on the back seems to have double stamped, making it a bit blurry looking. Compare that to the one I got from Chris, it looks perfect and is the perfect size. Pretty sure the only reason he stayed in business so long is because people confused his business with Chris Smith’s.

When i ordered the 13 i also ordered r2q5 and shadowtrooper when i realised the 13 was not happening i asked for these to be sent which they did i also got han storm trooper and thrawn sent i wonder if theyll be worth £300 in the future to recoup my stolen money absolute con

Unfortunately I fell victim to the TFSB/SLC scam. I can’t say I’m surprised that we’re all screwed. This guy is a disease on the hobby. It’s outrageous that he is STILL attempting to get people to buy from him.

The website ‘update’ was just so cowardly. Dude, don’t type this shit. Get on a live video and man up. At least it wasn’t done by ChatGPT lol, the typing diarrhea is just too human, trying to come up with a long convoluted, lacking clear and explicit information. I was able to score loads of SS here in China because something stopped them from getting out of country. Hmmm. BUT they were produced. Anything this doosh actually paid the factory to make but got ‘stuck’ here, would be on the Chinese buyers market. Meaning, they weren’t produced because they weren’t paid for. It’s as simple as that. They just aren’t except for a few of the 13 I managed to find. Factories here simply don’t ‘keep’ money and not produce what they are paid to do. It’s a death wish for them. Most of these factories are small businesses. Hasbro ain’t making figures at them. It’s pretty simple, you pay to get the initial protos, then pay for the molds, (not moulds lol), then pay the other TWO factories for the prototypes in terms of finishes and packaging. One god damn factory isn’t doing it all. At least not for these small run custom toys. Once they get the money, they do the work. Anyways, I’ve got 30+ MOC Stan Solo I bought cheap here in China because something stopped the produced goods to be shipped. And a handful of loose TFSB figures. And believe me I’ve looked for more - of both. Living here since 2005, I can promise covid related factory issues is not part of this story. Factories not being paid, yes.

Why do you guys buy customs at such high prices? They are CUSTOMS....CUSTOMS... Low quality, unofficial, overpriced CUSTOMS. The same applies for that other stan solo guy who was actually in jail for selling counterfeit collecting cards
It's pretty baffling, but at the end of the day, things are worth whatever people are willing to pay.
The prices are so high because of the cost of production. Guys like SSC are unable to make the figures in such high quantities as Hasbro, hence the higher cost per unit.

I know customizers, artists and sculptors who make a living out of making the same doll over and over, and are not pirate a$$holes in real life like krang and Stan solo, who llegally use a registered license brand to Charge more

Something doesn’t fit right. A 1 hour session with a lawyer is probably more than the cost of an individual refund. Unless he didn’t want to set a precedent or has a lawyer in the family that did it for free. Do you know who actually filled?
I like how in the post previous to this one, Krahn described his business as a “3rd party payment processor” for the factories. As if the factories are the ones developing and selling the products and not TFSB. Who’s ever heard of a factory that does anything more than mass produce a client’s product? I’m like u I bought into the Bantha back in Nov. 2019 and waited ZERO NOTHING lost $260 , but in 2022 I was determined to get my hands on one ,so of last yr 2023 I finally snagged one of eBay for $300 🦌 and I also acquired buying 5 SLC Slave Leia’s uncared but carded them myself and posted a video on ,u want check out or could send the link either way. I’m a vintage retro SW fan and to me get them items well it was a part SW history good or bad. But like u I was taken and I hope never again.
