How is it Holding up with Heat? I've seen the Shine/Gloss Fade Over Time.. But, Haven't Seen the Durability On these 7D Types.

@@carboncrx1 I did it already, Mine is Holding up Okay. There are different types of 7D, there are good ones and not so good ones, I bought/used a "Large Print" carbon Fiber type/pattern on My roof, When it gets wet The Carbon Fiber Print Becomes hazy and looks wet, the regular print type that I have on My hood does too, but not as badly noticable like the one on My Roof. I just started using the 8D on My other cars (Instead of painting) and it looks way better than the 7D, its thicker and feels stronger. Will see how long it lasts.

@@chiquitademivida I'm deciding between. Matte Black or Carbon wrap? I am Torn between the Sleeper look of Matte black, And I think if do entire car in Carbon it will look fake and cheap. < As we JDM car people know the car is not true Carbon fibre. What is you Opinion mate?

I removed the wrap after one year because i painted the hood but the vinyl wrap was still look good, i think the wrap can last 2 or 3 years it depends how you take care of your car and thanks

phigo4kins i just removed the wrap like two weeks ago bc i painted my hood in gloss black but yeah i live in a high temp area & i park my car under the sun everyday but also it gets really cold in the winter, sometimes the car is covered with snow for like two days & the vinyl wrap didn’t peel off after all the different types of weather

But, I want a Durable Wrap that's Not gotta Peel, Wear Out the Gloss Or Fade. I'm considering Spraying It with Some 2K Clear coat, But again, Idk How that'll work out spraying already Gloss Finish /Surface...? 🤔
phigo4kins yeah you’re right, i didn’t think of that, & in my opinion I think it all depends on how you gonna install the wrap & how you gonna take care of it, & mm about spraying it with clear coat i don’t think that will work lol

I think matte black will look awesome, you can use carbon fiber to wrap some parts but not the whole car, that’s my opinion
