I was lucky that when I was in the party I overheard the npc in the only interaction where she talks about "updating the guestlist" or something, I believe that is how you're supposed to know it's her. Afterwards, you can poison her drink to isolate her easily
Yup. She makes a phone call talking about it... I think once per cycle, if that much. And because so many people talk in there, you have to be close to notice it. Also, funnily one of the very few times consumed sedative poison is actually something worth a damn since she's one of the very, very few non-targets that has a mission-critical item in her possession.
Whoever told Atrioc that he had accidentally killed the target made it take like 30 minutes longer than it should have taken, if it didn't happen he would probably have just gone around and killed every single orange person instead of looking for an ipad laying on the floor and would have gotten her eventually.
This was one of the greatest, and most frustrating moments to watch live. That ending must have been so bittersweet after the hour of effort. Thats a grindset at work

Just realized that at the end the woman didn’t actually fly in the air, but instead hit some roof and then fell into the bushes, which is somehow even funnier.

it's actually not impossible to figure out who has the iPad. If you hang around the VIP lounge for a while, the woman who has it will make a phone call near the restroom, saying she has the list & is awaiting for instructions. That's how I figured out.
Last night I was killing everybody in mendoza and the waiter that serves wine got down and was like "please no, I have a dog. I HAVE A DOG!"... that did it for me. He's the only survivor from mendoza.
It's actually extremely easy because both people put themselves into places no one ever really goes. clown and the guy hes with could be choked out on roof after the third guy is poisoned(the clown poisons someone). then the girl with the pda can be lured to the bathroom in the cafe. sadly I only found this perfect strategy after blowing up a civilian and taking 15 bullets
Some woman in the party says something one-time and thats how you were supposed to figure it out. Because "important" dialogue is subtitled. Very stupid if you ask me.
This was my first elusive target I ever tried last week,I killed Giggles and then thought I had found the lady in blue/white.... wrong bird...ended up dying before I could close the game. I was slightly pissed but now I find out it was one of the hardest, slightly better now :)
Extremely useful tip: if you didn't die in an elusive target even if you killed the target if you shut down you internet an turning it back on you can actually restart the elusive target hope he sees this so he can save money
The funniest/saddest part about that guy Atrioc spared is that he killed his fiancé so even though he’s alive he’ll still never get to experience true love.
