Not sure if you will see this but maybe you can talk a bit about the attack position with different body proportions like short versus long femur, tall versus short torso etc. I have a short torso long femur and short tibia, it feels difficult to get into the correct attack position without the cockpit feeling awkward. Im now thinking I need to change the ergonomics. Footpeg-bars-seat-risers.
I feel like something I’ve also noticed. If I get fatigued either from riding, or doing lots of activity the day before riding, my lower back starts to get real sore from opening my hips. Is this normal? Like last Moto of the day I find it way harder to maintain proper position within the hips
Hey, it's been already 3 months since this video was uploaded but, I wanna ask about the urge to vomit. It's kinda gross for some but there's time where I just ride, everything feels great (well I guess so) and, after several laps, I just feel my whole belly like burning and I wanna vomit. If anyone can give me an explenation about that I would be grateful ...
Having been a profession instructor in the past, I’m always impressed with AJ’s natural ability to teach and demonstrate these concepts.
Thank you!
Handlebars to waist. Very helpful. those three words fixed my posture and positioning
Love to hear it.
Hey moto academy I’ve been practicing my tac position and I’ve noticed a big difference when jumping because I just used to sit while I jumped

GNCC / Harescrambles are the most physically demanding thing I've ever done on a dirt bike.
They’re no joke that’s for sure!
This video improved all aspects of my riding, and now i last a lot longer on the track and gained speed 😀 thanks AJ
Thats Awesome! Love to hear it!

You're so welcome!
You know when you start doing it right because you’ll be more sore than you ever have been the next day lol
I'm gonna have to agree with this 😅

Love the video's, I love the outro song too, so I'd love to ask the name of the song used as outro😁🤤
