As long as I searched in youtube , this video only explains the reason behind the increase in the blood volume at the start of the video itself. Thank you sir
I think it's quite controversial here as with the effect of estrogen on the kidney --> increase absorbtion --> increase EDV. However, increase progesteron --> increase GRF --> increase urination. Can you explain more about that?
You mention that Pre-load both increases (due to increase reabsorption by the kidneys) but then that pre-load decreases due to IVC pressure from the foetus. Wasn't 100% clear therefore what this means on general pre-load based on these conflicting messages
Because since the pelvis gets dilated then there is increased urine production since there is a high venous return. Because the kidney must work hard to filter all this some may be left behind.
Your explanation of the respiratory system is truly awesome. None of the other videos on youtube come close to how well you teach. Hats off!😊
Watching this the night before my final. Thank you so much because I have no time to read hundreds of pages which you explained in a few minutes!

I fail to understand that if pregnant female has increased urinary frequency, then how can she have urinary stasis at the same time..isnt it a paradox
