"Lay to rest, the memories that hold you down"... So I get why it can be confusing. The chorus seems up beat but you are talking about running away from everything you love... but just because you want to run away, doesnt mean do. And when you lay the memories that hold you down to rest, it is a song about redemption. Live the good life in spite of the shit you bury. The depths of a MFr can really be paralyzing and you can let it hold you down or you can overcome it. Sometimes it is a mixture of both and I think we can all understand why AILD has this message. If you have ever been through something like that, this song is super therapeutic and might be one of their best. It conveys your not alone and it will all be okay. Great reaction guys.

Love AILD….going to see them in 2 weeks in Philly. I can’t wait. I worked for them before cause I’m a concert promoter. The other new song “Burden” is great too. I hope they drop the album soon.
By chance making a request for the band Imminence. The song is “Continuum.” They are a Swedish alternative metalcore violincore band. The lead singer plays the violin at the same time he screams or sings. Trust me you won’t be sorry unless you reacted to them already.
