  • Today’s photo is from October 26th, 1974 and shows Clemson taking on Tennessee in Neyland Stadium.
    The Tigers and Tennessee were embroiled in a close game with Clemson holding a 28-21 lead in the fourth quarter when legendary UT quarterback Condredge Holloway scored a late touchdown to pull the Vols to within, 28-27.

    Trivia Answer: Legendary UT quarterback Condredge Holloway set up to run the option but was chased back to the 20-yard line. Holloway threw a desperation pass to Larry Seivers to score the game-winning points.
