      Well yes, except its not a Churchward tender but a Hawksworth one. And it's got many improvements over it (:

    I take it this is essentially an 'If the Great Bear was successful and entered production' type of thing? Looks really good, like a cross between a King and a Princess Royal!

      Not this one in the Drawings we went off of. it's an artist impression of it, and we've made it to our vision :)

    What if GWR Cathedral Class Was Actually Built And Then It Would Have Been The GWR's Second Attempt At A 4-6-2 "Pacific" Type Locomotive After Their First Attempt Known To Be The Great Bear And It Would Been Built Between In 1932 And 1953 By Charles Collett And Frederick Hawksworth At Swindon Works And Exeter Cathedral And Bristol Cathedral Would Both Been Preserved By Didcot Railway Centre, Gloucester Cathedral And Westminster Abbey Would Both Been Preserved By National Collection At York And Was Put As Static Display Until 2000 At York Before Being Main Line Certified, Hereford Cathedral And Oxford Cathedral Would Both Been Preserved By Billy Butlin, When Butlin Died In 1980 And Both Locomotives Were Sold To Gloucester Warwickshire Railway In 1987 And Lastly St Paul's Cathedral Would Been Preserved By West Somerset Railway In 1978

    Was this a real loco built in real life?

    • @fatpigeon008
      @fatpigeon008 Місяць тому

      Nah, it's a proposed design that was never built

    • @Chepstowion_Adventura
      @Chepstowion_Adventura Місяць тому

      @@fatpigeon008 yeah apparently there a page on it about it speculative history and said one was preserved at Didcot so I went there thinking it was real, but of course it wasn’t build but was an idea by GWR according to the guide giving a history lesson on it, which was really interesting
