With the pandemic and social unrest throughout Colombia, I wouldn't run down there to invest unless there was a bargain to be had. 300k for this apartment is nowhere near a bargain.

It’s incredible when this video was made 1.100.000.000 pesos was 295,000$ dollars and today 1.100.000.000 pesos is 234,000$ dollars. That’s like free living. Everyday I think of selling my house in Miami and moving to Medellin unfortunately I believe the Colombian president doesn’t like foreigners because the visa have become so complicated. How do I invest in a property when at any given time I could lose my visa and legal status.
