As a microbiology professor , I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for generously sharing your knowledge and expertise through your educational videos. Your dedication to creating informative content has been incredibly valuable to me and countless others. I would also like to express my curiosity about the software programs you may utilize to create your instructional materials and presentations. As someone interested in exploring the world of microbiology further, I would be grateful for any insights or recommendations you can offer. Once again, thank you for your dedication to education and for sharing your expertise with the world 💙🙏

Hi. As you are experts in this area can I ask if you have any experience of anyone using physical exercise in the form of challenging balance with speed amplitude and complexity with the hope of stimulating neurplasticity to create possible new pathways to help overcome or slow down the progressive symptoms. Can you advise on avenues I could explore in this area. Thanks in advance
yes exercise , specially that focus on balancing and motor gait will be beneficial. The conditions will be better mannaged but not cured. But all this has to be done under the guodance of a physician.
