While we were down at The Ultimate Callout Challenge we found a beautiful, white, diesel, promod Corvette and couldn't keep our cameras off it! Shortly after we find out there's a second one! It was absolutely insane to see these Vette's flying down the track sounding like tow rigs! From running personal bests to the most explosive blown head gasket we've ever seen, it was an eventful weekend for these to cars!

I'm enjoying these diesels that you can actually see going down the track, instead of watching two clouds of smoke racing lol.
Agreed.
That's what's happens when you tune them with the right amount of air
That means a correctly tuned fuel/air ratio
And then listening VERY carefully for the time 😂
Black smoke is just blowing horsepower out the exhaust. Kinda fun, mostly slow
Diesel + nitrous = being able to see the cars go down the track. I love it!
If you don´t just dump all the fuel in it like a caveman, but rather regulate it a little bit like on a gas engine, you don´t have that excessive black smoke!!!
Also more Power, because your combustion energy is not wasted to vaporize excess fuel and carbonizing it!
Americans are bearly able to make otto engines that work, how they build diesels that run without cheating is a mistery to me!! 😂
@@martin09091989 cheating what? Like the European motors are any better in the states.
@@kylelaughinghouse1893 I ment that Americans can actually build a real diesel engine!
Was ment as a joke, but I guess u are one of those who is not even able to adjust the carb of his lawnmower, and instead buys a new one! 🤣
We should petition the epa to do away with def and replace it with nitrous.
@@martin09091989 Diesels are nothing like gas engines. In its simplest terms more fuel more power (to a point) less fuel less power . To shut them off the shut the pumps off. Diesels don't have throttle bodys. Diesels stoich afr is very smokey. Nitrous just so happens to clean up the fuel and cool the egt something 3000hp Diesels need or would melt.
My favorite thing about diesels is that you can’t hear the difference between 600hp and 2000hp. Either way they sound like an old tow rig. So you pull up next to them expecting to gap them, then boom all you see is tail lights
I like how dude measured the nitrous in lbs used instead of jet size 😂😂
Going off of numbers for a gasoline engine 8 pounds in 4.5 seconds is around 1500-1600 hp of nitrous
@@Mrshotshell jesus man, thats a lot of nitrous
yup and he is way over weight!!!
spend money on lipo sucion? personal chef
personal trainer
@@feelinghealingfrequences7179 that’s a cringe thing to say.
@@feelinghealingfrequences7179 let me guess. You are 13 yrs old?
You had me at diesel corvette
Same…
The fact there's 2 of them in the same place as well is cool, that had to be planned 😂
I love diesels
They had me at 7-8 lbs of n20 a 660 pass 😂😂😂
@@alexwhite176 madness ain't it 😂
Both those cars look dope. But the blue one gets more cool points because that blue underflow looks gorgeous. Really cool seeing it go down the track with it on.
For real tho! It looked like a show car sitting in the winner's circle with the pyrotechnics 🔥🔥💪
I can’t get enough of the 5 exhausts
You mean that isn't Cerenkov Radiation?
Its really odd seeing a promod that sounds like an average work truck on start up and idle
I think this is the first car I've seen that underglow looks really good!
feels like old 1320! appreciate you @kyle
my man went out there to make shake down passes and won his class event. gotta love racing.
Just when you think 1320 can't get any better? Just add Diesel! Great coverage as usual. You guys are the best!!
Really great looking diesel Vettes! The engine installation on the blue vette is extremely well done and I can tell that a lot of thought and planning were put into the total builds on both cars. Can’t wait to see these just keep making faster passes. I’ve been a diesel fan for years now and the sky is the limit on the power that diesels are capable of making.
Thailand makes a very powerful 4-cylinder diesel car right now. Thai technicians are very good at making small 4-cylinder diesel engines. Really powerful. I've never seen a country that can make a 4 cylinder engine so fast, in 402 meters it will run 6.8-7.0 seconds, bro 🖤🤘🏿🔥
damn this is the content that all wants to watch!!! thanks 1320 and keep going with diesel engines
I love the quality and the information in your videos, I'm always down to watch some 1320 video because I know it's gonna be good.
Thanks for covering the diesel folks!! Bet there will be a lot more diesel Pro Mods in the coming years !!!!
The fire punk crew started all these badass diesel drag rigs!!!
Seriously those guys are on a entirely different level
Enjoying the 1320 diesel content! 👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸
Rudys ran his personal best that weekend. Congrats to Nathaniel for that!
Those hat-remover zoomies on the blue vette give it a slight edge in cool points.
First time ever on the track and the guy wins it. Beautiful car and he must have an amazing team. Congrats!
As a long time trucker I'd like to see this tech on a Cat C-16 (3406E). Then I can go coast to coast in record time with my Flatbed loads lol Screw those ELD's!
Watch their video on great lakes at onaway. Some of the big dogs are making over 3500hp with those e model cats
@@lostnationfabrication621 Is that the one with all the big rigs lined up racing? I did see that then if it's the one I'm thinking of. Since 2000 I've come across only a few rigs back east that were souped up. And they were local drivers. Hard to put a 1200hp rig out doing long haul,,, mpg vs fuel costs = no Bueno lol My favorite was a kit with a dial you can turn in real time from the stock 600hp to 1000hp right on the dashboard. Thx for the info too
@@dublkrossr2059 yea sure...whatever you want bud
You are going to have to add a saddle tank for all the nitrous you are going to burn.... although that wouldnt be a bad thing necessarily HA
Love the cleaner diesels! Walk right past the smokers. That’s how we get them to clean them up. Just ignore the dirties and video and share the cleaner diesels.
Shadday daddy is the man, Ive know him since the days of blowing trucks up drag racing at our home town fair.
Crazy 63's! Love the split windows! One year only!
These things are cool af, it's awesome to see people doing something different
These diesel videos make me wanna buy a diesel truck
Nice event ,thanks for covering it KYLE.
Love how kyles laugh is like the guy out of war dogs
I'm enjoying watching theses two guys down the strip it's amazing to see their diesels
You know why this blue vette won first time out? 100% Pure passion fed by Rotella.
Johnny and Ben are some good dudes. Glad to see they got their cars out to play!
That is one HELL of a way to start a race weekend!! Man!
This was epic! It's awesome to see the blue vett going better (almost) every round!
The fire, that car, the under-glow, that color of blue, at night... those gotta be some pretty awesome photos
Well it's official I am a desiel fan, dang they sound beastly.
At the 20.28 mark, the blue Vette scared the SH!T outta of that guy standing on the right by the wall. lmao!
5:02 blew his hat off!
I'm surprised to not see this more often
That's awesome for the crew of the blue vette. First time out and took home the W. That's gotta be a good feeling.
Awesome to see well tuned diesels without black smoke! Very entertaining to watch.
More diesel content please!
I’d like to see other drivers builds interviewed, especially the event winners/top 3 or 5 guys
I imagine those vids are on the way
This guy in the yellow shirt is humble AF talking about getting to where they are now about "stock blocks" and even aftermarket solutions.
It's weird to me to keep following this platform for quick diesel, yet I'm a born and raised diesel guy myself!!!
I'm conflicted internally, lol...
Not much different than what the combustion chambers feel on these engines!
it's nice to see how clean the blue vette is, very little unburnt fuel. clean is fast.
After watching Rob Wendland's video where he was showing one of these guys building this car, I just got super freaking excited when I saw this video pop up!! Go to Rob's, Top Fuel crew chief, Channel and you'll see this engine without the head on it and whatnot, it is absolutely wild!!!!
Deep in the 4’s on the cars 3rd or 4th pass ever. Absolutely crazy.
The split window is my all-time favorite and it was the year I was born 👍
To put a diesel in it seems almost like sacrilege 😭
Jeremy wagler is an awesome dude. Crazy to see his engines doing so well, especially from my tiny home town.
Jeremy is a great guy. I'm so fortunate that he trusts me to help design his tooling for the parts he has cast. The job I am most proud of in my career is one of Wagler Comps.
Blue car .. one of the most aggressive bumps I’ve seen
White car… one of the most gentle bumps I’ve seen
Man you ain’t lying, those Vetts are beautiful! I love them long front ends! Great video and even better coverage, you guys get the best up and close interviews. Thanks for the show! Keep on keeping on!😎💯
The Blue Vette is a perfect example of "SHOW AND GO"!
There was a time, not too long ago, that the 2 words Diesel & Performance were rarely used in the same sentence. Times have changed.....look at 'em go! !
That was some cool races and that last race was very sad to see him red light.
Looooove the diesel content.
He won with a perfect 0.00 light, and in my last race, I lost because of a 0.01 redlight. lol. Great job guys! Awesome car.
20:25 that was epic
It’s awesome when you see a huge jump forward in the sport like this!
Awesome stuff.
Congratulations to the Winner
Wagler Competition in my hometown builds some of the nastiest diesel engines you'll see. Glad to see them always getting recognition
1 of the best if not the best video's yet great job to everyone involved 👏.
How about giving the person who welded up those zoomies some props 😉
I take it that was you? 😂😂
The guys at Firepunk did the zoomie downpipe for the blue vette.
Cody Fisher fabbed the zoomie
@@Matty.Hill_87 Heck no! Cody at Firepunk ...
Firepunk for ya. Anyone know what's going on with the S10? I didn't realize it was retiring. I hope they replace it with something
Hey Kyle if you go to the FirePunk Diesel UA-cam channel they have a video of them designing and fabricating the Zoomies on the blue 63 and it looks like a work of art with all the really shiny stainless, titanium and all the Vibrant hardware and the coolest thing about it is that it's probably the only car, truck or otherwise that has Zoomies on a turbo setup whether it's diesel or gas engine and I think that puts it in a class of it's own and I personally would like to see more people put Zoomies on a turbo setup like they did instead of them silly looking massive bullhorns sticking out the top of the hood or out of the fender somewhere and I know why people started putting bullhorns on their car's is because they say it helps keep the front end down by adding down force but what they aren't thinking about is the amount of exhaust pressure from the exhaust gasses is what is giving them more down force the further they get down track and it doesn't matter how big or small the bullhorns are it just matters what direction you have them facing and the amount of exhaust gasses that your engine is producing and if you have only one bullhorn then not only does it look silly especially if it's really big but it hardly does anything besides add unnecessary weight to the car and yes weight added to the front of the car will help with keeping the nose of the car down but it doesn't add down force and that is what helps the car go faster further down track because if the chassis of the car isn't setup right and the car doesn't produce more down force further down track then the chassis isn't being utilized to the maximum potential and no matter what you do you won't be able to get the car to go any quicker than what it does you might be able to get it to be faster but not quicker and you need both in drag racing
1320 y'all rock! Love the channel and content! I'm here for the algorithm! Peace
Nice run on the blue split window Corvette
That’s one awesome debut race for those guys congratulations those cars are incredible!!
I'm actually surprised the diesel brothers haven't done something like this
They tried but they gave up after having no luck
And plus they are not into diesel’s anymore do to the E.P.A. They are just stuck with the name now
Thanks for another awesome find love the different builds you guys find
the rate of acceleration is mind boggling.
These Diesels are amazing, especially in these custom Corvettes!!!!!! I love how they roll coal!!!!!
its far from a corvette its a tube chassis lmao..
Insane! Congrats to them! Beautiful Vettes
That blue one is a total work of art , they need to sell one of their manifold set ups to the white one, lol..
Congrats to both 63 Corvette owners … great video. Curious about the Diesel Rat Rod Truck what it is?
Wow these cars are absolutely beautiful specially the blue one gorgeous as hell imagine if we had these two at drag week needs to happen Sometime in the future give the red and white c10 a run for the money in the Rolling burn out comp lol
That is awesome. I would love to see them run up against the Thailand Isuzu Dmax diesel Drag utes.
Love that reaction haha 4:26
Glad people are cummins around to diesel's. Lots still dont understand how much power they produce with ease..
Awsome builds , great content thanks for sharing
Love the diesel contant.. keep up the good work
no big clouds of black smoke....Tuned right !!👌
The fiery winners circle was absolutely deserving 🔥🔥🔥🏁🏁🏁
Awesome debut , ( blue vette ) way cool coverage. Did he say aluminum modular block ? Thnx for the vid. - Ken
its funny how slow it takes to build momentum in the burnout lol
Love it. Goes out to test, takes the win. 🤟🏻
notice how a well tuned diesel doesnt need to roll coal
A diesel with 5lbs of nitrous running through it ***
@@Lmns6.7 it's hard for a engine to roll coal when its being force fed boost and a fuck load of nitrous 😂
Without the spray it would be a blackout. It has enough to clean it up thats for sure.
@@mytmousemalibu thats a good point
They have thousands of hp worth of nitrous. N20 adds air and cools egt. Diesels dont make power like gas engines. more fuel makes you go ,less makes you stop ,They dont add fuel to " roal coal" its to make power . All those sled pullers who spent 1/4 of a million dollars on their engines dyno tuned them to make the most power the could . Not look cool.
Love to see diesel stuff 👌 👍🤙
it's crazy that thing's still using steel rods... hell yeah!
no surprise kyle would love the “white” vette🤣🤣
Ben is a great dude!
a good question to ask diesel guys in the future: what does the engine rev out to? i know most street diesels only rev to maybe 3000 rpm so i’d like to know what these guys are pushing
3000rpm's? Maybe for tractors😂. My modified DAILY diesel rev 6000 and got top power at 5300. But i can show you a highly modified diesel (1.9-490bho WITHOUT NOS) which revs 6400, max power at 5900rpm.
man hes going to be chasing that perfect reaction time for the rest of his life now lol. Great showing though :)
Can't wait to see what Firepunk builds next!
So ... It's better to be lucky than be good, and you could certainly be both, but what are the odds of hitting a perfect light ... Much less in the final? I suppose I could Google some stats just for curiosity. How many perfect lights in a final how many perfect lights in a year how many perfect lights in a career? Etc. Congratulations to the driver and the crew awesome job! It just doesn't get any better than that 🎯💯‼️👍
20:27 that dude on the right just got smacked by god himself lmao
What rpm are these things turning going through the traps?
5:03 was a fun launch or two.
Congrats for the winners, i´m impressive for the first time racing and winning all!
That 1320 video dude’s sinister 2 decibel laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
7-8lbs of nitrous in one 1/8 mile pass, incredible
20:25 they know its coming but they still jump lol
Love the diesel content
how would a huge crank driven massive procharger go on a diesel i dont think ive ever seen one
