Very helpful review and what I've been looking for about the AH700ST...BUT now what I'm looking for is WHERE DID YOU GET THE ROLEX wall clock?!?!?! 😍 My sim room NEEDS one of those!!!
Screen I’m about to put up is a true 4:3. I’m currently shopping projectors. I’ll also have it hooked to Hulu so we can stream movies. If I want to project those in 16:9 will I have to move most projectors distance from screen to get it to properly cut off top and bottom while still using full screen width. Never dealt with projectors and they got me confused.
I have this same issue when wanting to change from 4:3 to 16:9. When I do this I use the zoom feature to zoom out so the image fits, which leaves me with space above and below the image. It is the only way that I’m aware of to do it.
Well, the AH700ST will be a brighter image if you're in a bright area, but the TK700STI is 4K but lower lumens... 4K will require a beefier PC as well. When you're talking about an image this size, 4K does make a difference. Check out the video on our channel comparing 4K to 1080P.
This has higher lumens than the TK, but the TK is 4K... I would say if you want an easier setup and a brighter image go with the AH, but if you don't mind the extra work the TK is great! Just make sure if going 4K you have a PC that can keep up with it.
Hi, a question on the projectors, you run the BENQ LK936ST projector $ 8.8990 Australian $$$, BENQ LU935ST $ 4699.00 Australian $$$ this model was what i was thinking of purchasing, but now the release of the NEW BENQ AH 700ST projector ,where does this fit in-between the two models would take be correct, or can you compare these two models thanks
Hello, great question! The LU935ST is a WUXGA Projector(1920x1080) so it is little better than 1080p, adding 120 lines of vertical resolution and has 1500 more lumens. However, the 4000 lumens of the AH700ST are plenty bright for most as well... The AH700ST is much smaller, more efficient and half the weight and is quieter and has the benefit of the easy setup. However, the LU935ST also has manual vertical and horizontal lens shift, so with some effort you can get it to fit your screen perfectly as well. It really comes down to this... Do you want/need a smaller footprint, quieter more efficient projector that is easy to setup? Or would you rather have a brighter display with slightly better graphics that takes some more effort to setup? Definitely take price into account as I'm sure your country prices may very and that should help you make the best decision. As far as where the AH700ST fits in with the LU935ST and the LK936ST... I would say it's pretty comparable to the LU935ST, but offers the things I mentioned above with some other features that you may or may not need. As for the 4K LK936ST... It is the holy grail of golf sim projectors and there is no other projector I'd rather have at this point! If you have the budget YOLO down and pick that one up for sure. It's amazing and I absolutely love that black beauty!!!
@@PixelGolf thanks for the information yes you are correct the LU935st is a 1080 projector, i will way up if the extra 1000 lumens will make a difference thanks for replying cheers
Hello, That is GS Pro Central Park course, North or South. You have to go to play the course and before you start it, hit the "Head To The Range" button. This takes you to a bunch of practice games with this target one, a beer pong chip game and one where you hit people off a boat for points. There are a few others as well.
If it's in your budget, absolutely! They're both 1080P, but this one is way brighter, with a lot of awesome features including Golf Mode, auto screen fit and a sealed laser projector so no need changing bulbs or worrying about dust. It also looks pretty damn cool!
Haha, it appears so. Pretty shocked that it worked out as I was skeptical when I heard about it😂 Feel free to reach out, happy to help you get the one you have sorted if you need!

Glad it helped! The Rolex clock I made myself!
@@PixelGolf Looks great! Guess I'm going to have find me a clock and do the same
@jcass110 it’s definitely doable. I went over the top and laser decals to fit over the hands and indices to make them green like the one on tour.
I am having trouble fitting the image to my screen 10x8x5 my project is about 26 feet away to fit the screen. Any suggestions would help. Thank you.
26' back is really far. Are you using the LK936ST? Feel free to contact us on our website.
Where did you get that cool Rolex wall clock?

Benq ah700st or 4K tk710sti?
SIM use only. Looking for best vivid pic& colors.

Have you had a chance to review the Benqtk710 STI and would that be the best of both worlds between the AH700 and the LK 936?
I have not. Maybe I’ll see if I can get my hands on one!
@@PixelGolfsounds good. I’m getting ready to do my build. Thank you for your content

Also very curious about the comparison between these two. 4k 3200 lumens vs this one
When is thing going to be available?
Expected to start shipping late summer from Carl's, link in the description.

I just bought a TH671ST (3k lumens). I haven’t hooked it up yet. Is the AH700ST worth me returning the one I got?
