That fan was a good idea.So was that cabinet find. So was tuning the engine, what amazing skills! The new insulation that you'll be adding will make a BIG difference. Is that why you're pulling up the plywood?
We will be insulating under the floor, but we also have to rip it up to make sure nothing is lurking underneath. Unfortunately we found a ton of rust under there, so it was a good thing we ripped it up so that we could take care of that!
you made pulling down that ceiling look easy. Nice find with the cabinet 👍
Time lapse makes everything look easy! But we were lucky that the ceiling was screws and not rivets!
