I've used this frequency several times since then and I haven't noticed anything unusual even though the one time my stomach became very agitated after I listened for about 40 minutes

@@GloriG_C17 Volume dont affect frequency, any volume will do, use a good volume for you. The volume just alter your perception of the frequency, but the frequency is the same.
