Hello Liz, thank you for your wonderful Video. Yes, Multitasking isn't Healthy for us. I live in a Big City and you are inspiring me to slow down sometimes. I hope you are fine. Bye
Wow! Such beautiful landscapes around your home. That pillar structure, the mossy stone bench, country mansion with the land ready to take it back - so magical.
Isn't it absolutely magical? 😍 All these places make me dream of days long gone by and the people who lived there once. Could stay in these places forever ❤️
As you said is about noticing the small things because in my opinion the small things always makes the big difference in our own little world! My 2 most important rituals in my life is 1) to planning ahead of what I have to do the next day and 2) always to wake up 15-30 min earlier ( sometimes with alarm and sometimes without 🙃) before standing up from the bed just to enjoy the silence and the sounds of birds, nature and just prepare for the day! Thank you for taking us with you in this amazing place...wow so beautiful...your videos are getting better and better every week! 😉❤🌻
Awwww thank you so so much 😍 I always look forward to reading your lovely comments! If you manage to wake up earlier than you have to - are you an early bird? 😊 Have a great weekend! 💖
Thank you for this video, Liz. Making everyday moments meaningful is the way to true happiness. I have been trying to practice this for awhile and it has made a real difference in my life. I used to always be waiting for the next big experience to be happening for me and then being unhappy during the times in between these experiences. I have noticed that incorporating multiple small, meaningful experiences each day leads to a sustained daily happiness. Always look forward to your videos. 😊🌿❤
Thank you so much, Kat! 💖 I really couldn't agree more! There are only few huge, spectacular experiences in life. And while they might be exciting, they tend to fade just as quickly. But there are thousands of little moments that can be joyful if we let them and in the end, our life is made up of the sum of these little moments, not the big ones. 😊 Do you have a favorite slow living ritual you like to incorporate?
@@livelikeliz I suppose my favorite would be putting my feet up with a hot tea and a good book. I also love aromatherapy. I've been trying to organize my life so that all the shopping and errends are done in one day, so that my second day off can be used to go for a drive outside of the city. This can be challenging to accomplish because I am a busy mom with teenagers, but it is really good for the mental health of our family.
Liz I am admired with your beauty with your beautiful mind... If one day you will visit my country I will be happy to show the beauty of my country. I live far away in Mongolia.
Thank you so much ❤️ I have never been to Mongolia, but someone who traveled the country told me it is very beautiful, so I would love to visit one day!
Thank you, Erin! 💖 I will try to make longer videos, but it depends on how much time I have to film besides my job. But knowing that this would be appreciated is a huge motivation! 😊
I like very much your videos. They are sensible... What kind of camera do you use? The images are so beautiful. and how do you record your voice? Any Special microphone?
