No not entirely. The treatemenrs are so expensive and now with the new goverment it became worse. Everyone in transplant has to have the funds. But I have few years . So have time.

Consider using a ventricular assist device for both right and left ventricle if both ventricles are weak before heart transplantation.
Advantage is that you don't have to be on immunosuppressive drugs which puts you at very high risk of severe extremely difficult to treat infections following heart transplant.
