25:00 interesting point by Salley on Kareem's criticism of Kyrie. I agree to a certain extent. Also like how he called out Stephen A about critiquing Kyrie about the COVID situation. That was also a shot at Shannon Sharpe too.

And Shannon rushed to veer off point. Even spouting the lie that taking a jab could still make room for one to contract and transmit the virus. If that avenue existed then you had no grounds to force a player to take it. It is that simple. Shannon was waffling pretty bad.

This was a great interview.. Salley played with so many greats and got stories for days.
Everyone said Derrick Rose would have been the most dominant in the 2010's. Small guards with that much explosive talent do not last. I hope I am wrong but history states otherwise.
Rose was always playing explosive tho. Maybe 4th quarter he would slow down and play by the possession.
Ja plays a little more slowed down and by the possession thru the entire game so i think theres solid hope for him to have a healthy career.
Definitely have the same concern tho.. Rose was the mf man
The best small explosive guard to ever do it was Dwayne Wade. D. Wade is the best case scenario of that player archetype, and even he faced so many injuries. I think what made D. Wade last as long was his insane body control and high IQ. Ja should be watching tape on D. Wade religiously.
Ja is not even as good as d rose was. Luka is already better at one year older and has three all nba first teams to one second team for ja. Giannis is miles ahead of everyone but to pick ja over guys like Luka giannis jokic is just racist and discriminatory for Europeans and foreigners
@@johnnyblingg yes but d Wade was much stronger too. He had a much more muscular build like Russell that allowed Russ and Wade to play for so long. At this weight and strength no way ja can keep taking the battering. Specially if he tries to do it in playoffs teams will just take him out with physicality like the warriors did last year and he couldn't complete the series

Michael Jordan was more than a scorer. Scottie Pippen and company needed Michael Jordan to be more than a scorer and he was.
Michael Jordan never won anything in the NBA until Pippen joined him. The Bulls got to the finals without Jordan, he's never made the finals without Pippen. Those are facts in context.
