I agree about the tattoos. They might be going a little overboard but I’m still gonna buy em!!
Rock n Roll was a character that tattoos are fitting for, but I would have preferred the guitar tattoo the Sideshow figure had over what the Classified figure has
Good run down , you get some good detail and plenty of kit for 25 bucks, tempting

I only want g.i. joe toys that are updated versions of the ones used in the first NES game.
Mayne NECA will do them like their video game TMNT figures.
I agree about the tattoos. Personally, I don't care for them. I remove all of the tattoos with acetone based fingernail polish remover. It does not damage the figure at all. It leaves the figure looking like it came from the factory with no tattoos, which is the way I prefer it.
I remove all the tattoos on my figures as well, they are not needed and I feel they are just a grossly and gregariously terrible choice by the designer. Also removed Flints skidmark on his face. Save me $2 and remove the tattoo tampos and save a paint app you can put on guns or other figures hasbro cheaps out on, especially variants.
I hope they bring in the new original 13 Joe characters that include Shooter based on Devil's Due design for the new o ring line by Super7.

for me, it's a personality thing I feel like I've known these characters for so long between file cards, comic books, cartoons, and, of course, head canon the tattoos don't fit in with the personalitys that I've given these characters. to me tattoos are very personal choices that people make, and when I look at the tattoo designs, I don't feel like these characters would've made those choices.
Wow, as I say this out loud, I may be a little too involved in these little plastic toys.🤓😎

I never knew GI Joe Day had past. Seems it wasn't celebrated much by Hasbro unlike the 40th anniversary of The Transformers
Well, they just laid off half the stuff. They probably weren't in the mood for cake.
Since I didn’t collect Joe heavy when I was kid and Classified is my biggest dive, I don’t necessarily need them super faithful to vintage. That said, I really like Jinx, but know her best from the movie. I guess I would’ve preferred that, but I still think this looks good. And Falcon will be slapping her butt one day. 😅

I think the first Classified Zartan and Major Bludd are great examples of staying true to the spirit of the design of the original O-Ring figures and updating them just a little bit. I love those two figures so much I skipped retro Zartan and will likely skip any future retro Major Bludd. On the flipside, retro Destro and the newest Firefly are essential versions of those characters. The first Classified Destro has all of that unnecessary red paint on his leg, like it was just put there for no other reason than to be different, and the first Classified Firefly has that clunky armor, which completely goes against the fast and light saboteur role of the character.

Are you buying GI Joe from Hiya toys ? Where do you stand on what they got goin on ?
I don't own any of them. They look kind if cool, but they just seem ti difficult to obtain.
