Dude, I live in Portland and I'm still learning about all of the cool places to go. Hell, I'm a bike mechanic and I had never heard of Beezil Bikes or that restaurant!
Lived in Portland for decades. Now doing life in central Mexico for the crime of domestic commitment. Live now for your channel and a couple of others. Peace.
Ya gotta love Portland. The Tillicum crossing, Eastbank Esplanade, St Johns and on and on and on. No place like it for bikes, brews and buddies. Loved the video. Thanks.
I dug this. When I was at WSU wayyyyy back in the day we only ever cruised through OR en route to Hood. Now, all these years later, I want so much to come back and ride some of the ground in the videos. Seeing more of the city is cool.
Every time I visit PDX I grab some pours at Imperial. I absolutely love that place, the staff are always super friendly and I have made some life-long friends there. Great choice!
Loved this! I’m most def heading to that chocolate shop, that looked incredible. I drive by fermentor everyday, I’m going to try it! Have you guys tried Sweet Hereafter? It’s my fav spot & pretty close to Fermentor. Love this type of content!!!!
Way cool, I noticed no Ride by the Numbers? I know - you need an Urban version of this, the numbers are miles, weight of food, and calories 🙂. These types of episodes are great, as always you do a fantastic job summarizing a whole day in 8 minutes - in a very entertaining way, Great job!
Paul you the best! I didn’t do the numbers on this one because I filmed my ender before I did the ride. ☺️ but your right I think it needs it. Even I was curious.
I'm actually newly in Portland (well, I honestly just didn't leave the house after I moved here a year ago) and this is has exposed me to more delicious stuff
Love the little tours. The first stop gave me diabetes. All that lovely chocolate. I think we need a place like that and the sandwiches shop on your second stop.
Dustin, since you asked where to eat next I would suggest Rocio's Mexican Restaurant on Gladstone St. The owner is the daughter of the owner of our favorite Mexi restaurant in San Diego, Ponces.
as a fellow resident of portland, i absolutely love these. So many inspiring places, and new digs to check out! it is my dream to find you on the road one day and have you autograph my old copy of Fast Friday... Bet thats a throw back for ya.
Yo Dustin, appreciate the videos. I’m rocking a Creo Evo these days too - tell us about the fenders and the phone mount? I’m in need of some in an equally raining NC mountain town.
Mate, been watching all your vids - great content. It gives us outside of the US a little snippet on the bike culture, banter and antics of bike groups. I did watch a doco on the drug/homelessness in Portland but we never see it when you ride through the streets of your town. In a way, I’m glad. Is it as bad as it is being portrayed to the overseas viewers? Sorry - slightly unrelated question but I guess it is slightly related as in most videos you stress the fact of having a good bike lock everywhere you go. It certainly makes me quite lucky here in Australia as we don’t even lock our bikes when we go to cafes or restaurants 🙏
Chocolate, espresso, kombucha, kraut and cheese sandwich, beer in short order? What could go wrong? Sort of like a chill alley cat of sorts with the race part being who shiites themselves first. That ain’t chamois butter in your bibs. Life on the edge with Ron n DKlein! Cool adventure but I’m pretty sure my tum tum would be a gurgling with that chronological menu.
Hey what is Rons rando jambo city fender bikie boy? Also, I like the city riding ... I live in a pretty rural place now, but I miss agro commuting sometimes
Hey Yo DKlein what fenders are you running on that Spesh? Sorry if that's been answered before. BTW love these little hitter episodes. Goes to show no matter where you live, it's accessible for anyone to spend a couple hours with buds around town. Much love from Chicago
This video was a pineapple and jalapeno hummus with two day old salt and vinegar Lays, but in a good way. It reminds me of an old Tibetan saying, "May all your friends be Rons". I think that's how it goes, I don't actually speak old Tibetan.

Keep sharing the cycling lifestyle. This is the moment.
Absolutely!
Always love seeing these. Portland's food scene is off the chain!
Nothing better than a chill bike ride with good friends, food, and drank. 👌
Thank you sir, I definitely appreciate the city rides as well. Gave me a couple spots to save for when I visit Portland too!

"N/OPE/N" neon sign. Brilliant.

@@EverythingsBeenDone Yea, I thought you may have filmed the ender ahead of time, given you rode home in the dark 🙂.
The end recorded at the beginning also explains the different shoes?
Loved it. More of these please 🍻

Thanks, I like seeing these types of rides. It’s a nice change. Maybe do a “festive” followup to show holiday lights/decoration in the winter
Man ill be also having my RAD time today! Before this Typhoon Odette ravages here in the Philippines. Till we still have clear and no floody roads 🤣🤣🤣
Love your videos Dustin! So cool to see some of your highlights in Portland, going to add to my list. Good stuff
Oh man, should i ever come to Portland, take me to all these kind of places! 🍻😋🍔🚴🏼♂️
Rocking the flat pedals. Enjoyed the adventure, thanks for taking us along.
OMG The dog was adorable...you guys are just living the life...Dolce vita
Ron's bike is cool. All of Ron's bikes are cool.
Ron's a cool cat

You just made my day!!
Show us the cargo bike please!
Rad! This reminds me of the chocolate tour you did last year with the gang. The Mid-December Chocolate Tour is basically tradition now!
We do a chocolate tour once err twice a week these days LOL
I like the relaxed ride format. Maybe add more bikeshop segments with new or different bikes?
Yo Dustin, appreciate the videos. I’m rocking a Creo Evo these days too - tell us about the fenders and the phone mount? I’m in need of some in an equally raining NC mountain town.
The fenders are Speciaized Fenders. The phone mount is here: amzn.to/3dV2Hjb
@@EverythingsBeenDone Thank you! :0)

Faaaaack. You guys just made me stupid hungry, thirsty, topped off with fender envy!
Great video Dustin. Can we pretty please have a review of the Adidas gravel shoes soon?
Makes me miss Portland even more than I already did!
I could watch this all day long! 😊
I get excited about videos with Ron because I can pretend I’m hanging out with you two weirdos on the way to/from work. 🖤
Love spotting the Portland native Rodeo labs bikes in the background of all your videos! U guys should collaborate!
Loving the video insight into the food and drink culture in Portland 👍 Combined with a bike ride what more could you want.
Great video! That coffee shop looks awesome. Creeeeoooooo
Being out on my bike on a crisp, cool day, and having a friend yell "HEY ANDY DO YOU WANNA GET A BEER??!?" would be my literal description of heaven.

Interesting footwear - when does the DCO version come out?
What was the ride by the numbers?
Ok so this must be the Dustception....I got the Dustin Klein Quadlock ad as a pre-roll to the Dustin Klein video.....
I still havent seen one of those ads in the wild.
Bro you know I dig a vid about nothing -this is what bike loitering is all about - you win today- hope to roll with you someday- ttf
It’d be great to see another ride with Fergus I think!
I got contact hipster, just looking at the black metal kombucha glasses.
it makes me feel good when Dustin calls me his dear friend.
This was a fun video.
Love em!
I wanna see that cargo bike in action!
Good stuff
Great idea. Food, drinks, places and people and bikes. [FDPnPB]
You are not wrong
How many bikes does he have?
Diggin this new content, what's Devin Bailey eat besides pocket pizza and TOOBERS??
That’s a great question!
Yo playa where’s the link to the new fenders- they fit tight! Are they rubbing rubber?
So. Much. Lifestylin’. I miss PDX!
