I've been using LNP for two weeks now and believe me I'm as enthusiastic as you are over this. It is a super satisfying software, all my lineart frustrations are solved, perspective work becomes a neat fun task rather than a tedious line clutter. This software made my life so much easier, allowed me to save a ton of time, and made art much more enjoyable. I'm forever thankful to the developer.

LOL, I had a big smile on my face all the way through this at how enthusiastic you are. Here we are nine months later so you'll have discovered more of its hidden features. I have been using LNP for a good few years now, primarily for its line smoothing features which are still far better than Photoshops. To see what I mean, toggle open the Pressure Curve settings and experiment with them. You can incredible control over line thickness. I've been pushing it as a must have add on for Photoshop on the Adobe forums (where I am an ACP) and probably boring the other forum regulars about it. One of its most useful tools is the Vanishing Lines preset which lets you match the perspective of an existing scene so you can odd content and keep the perspective real. Unfortunately it is unlikely to even be available for Mac users, and that is probably becoming more and more set in stone as Guillaume continues to add to LNP make recoding for OSX an ever more difficult task for him. Guillaume is incredibly helpful as well. I was using Photoshop on Christmas day a few years ago (my wife is a nurse and was on duty) and had an issue that I emailed him about and I got a very quick response. One of LNP's great advantages is that it speeds up your workflow because it negates the need to set up and stroke paths when accuracy is needed. Bert Monroy uses a three point path with the central point on the vanishing point so he can move the outer points to show perspective, and then stroke the path with narrow brush strokes on a layer at the top of the stack. With LNP you have that built in, and with a range of options. Do you use the Toolbar? You turn it on via File > Preset Toolbar. You can edit the toolbar rather like you can with Photoshop, but you have to do so via a text editor like Notepad. Incidentally, you mentioned scripting, well you can now write your own LNP scripts, and Guillaume has produced a guide on how to do so. I tell people that LNP is the single best third party add-on for Photoshop there is, and at the price it is a steal. I've also used it with Krita and Paintstorm Studio which just need a simple operation to hook the document window to LNP after which it is the same as with Photoshop.

I wish I knew about this back in college. It would have saved me some time on some intense assignments. Better late than never haha

Does it have anything like the "predictive stroke" feature found in autodesk sketchbook ?

Has anyone tried it with Affinity Photo to see if the rulers work with it? (Tracking the canvas when moving it)

You'll have longs since found that preset, but for anyone else reading your comment, that looks like Connected Lines. You can set the intersect point to start, end, or centre of the previous line.

This is a great bit of software, absolutely. Pay to keep! However, they make you pay for upates if you want to update the software...What is that?

    I think he thinks it's cool! ;)
Yes, I have this software and it is great. Clip Studio Paint EX does some of these ruler and smoothing functions already, but it's very helpful for linework in Photoshop and does add to Clip if you need it. Fish eye perspective is especially useful

I literally never knew about it XD Like, a lot of it can be done with CSP tools anyway, but there's also a ton of unique things it can do that are insane, and the fact that it works with mouse is amazing

LNP works with all art apps and it's even easier to hook the window now. You open the hook window panel, and simply drag an LNP icon onto the art app's window.

I don't understand this comment. It's a smoothing tool. It's meant to help beginners, intermediate, pros, etc.
