This was a nice gesture but unfortunately no luck Westinghouse is considered by the BBB and Consumer media as one of the best and most reliable televisions. That is a joke, I feel for all you guys we deserve better appliances and tech that is oversaturated with "controlled obsolescence" and greed giving us items we pay good money for to purposely break down in a span of 2 years so your average IM GONNA TRY AND HELP

Slap it! i know it sounds but unplug it for one minute then when back on try hitting the sides or back lightly but dont wuss it. worked for me
