Guy, I got it to the reset screen but when I click ‘OK’ on wipe data/factory reset, the remote highlights it in green but nothing happens. Even if I hold the ok button down for a sec or two… still nothing. What could be the case? Thanks

I got to the menu but the remote doesn'te seem to work. Tried changing batteries, looking at a webcam to be sure it was working but no joy. Tried to connect it to the computer with android tools but its not even recognized by the computer. Is there any other way I can make it move down and make it reset?
