Can you tell me if there is enough fabric in the stackers to starch and then cut the blocks. Thanks

Some people say starching shrinks the fabrics, so I do not starch them before cutting, just after I make the block. There usually is enough, but sometimes the charm pack squares are cut a little short, so I explain how to cut if they are short.
