Yeh bhi samajh lijye k "mal-e-ghanimat" Allah SWT ki taraf say momineen ko inayat karda istila hai jo kuffar k mehnat say kamai huay mal ko lootna halal kar deti hai. Bilkul ussi tarah jaisay momineen ki marzi say kuffar k Nikah tut jatay hein ta kay unki maein, behnay, bahu, betyan londiyan bana ka momineen k jinsi istemal mein aa sakein. Ye hamaray Parvardegar ki momineen par khas mehrabani hai jiska jitna bhi shukr ada kiya jai kum hai.
Narrated Buraida:
The Prophet (ﷺ) sent `Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the war booty) and I hated `Ali, and `ALI had taken a bath (AFTER A SEXUAL ACT WITH A SLAVE-GIRL FROM THE KHUMUS).
I said to Khalid, "Don't you see this (i.e. `Ali)?" When we reached the Prophet (ﷺ) I mentioned that to him.
He said, "O Buraida! Do you hate `Ali?"
I said, "Yes."
He said, "Do you hate him, for HE DESERVES MORE THAN THAT FROM THE KHUMUS."

Khumus = Holy Prophet's pbuh share of the war booty
MashaAllah by having SEXUAL INTERCOURSE with this prisoner of war Hazrat Ali رضي الله عنهما was actually collecting tax (Khumus) on behalf of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ).
Note: This incident occurred while Hadrat Fathima RA the holiest lady in Islam and much loved wife of Hadrat Ali RA was still alive.
MashaAllah the Holy Prophet's beautiful response clearly tells us how deeply he loved Hadrat Ali RA.
There are many spiritual lessons in this for us if we would only listen.

Ghamdi shb says that the Quran is the last book of Allah not first. If first three books remained safe, why Allah revealed the fourth one. Fact is that first three books were not safe; so Allah revealed Quaren-e-karim.

He is building his old case on this argument. But there is no basis of this premise. No where in old Testament ( Zuboor and Torah) and new testament / Injeel

Duniya may jitne bhi Ambiyaa a.s Ko Aallah ne jab jab bheja unhone aaker maashere ki burayee, mazhabi peshwawoo ki battreen gulaami, peshwawoo ki khud sakhta mazahib, sheryte,firke, Pooja paadh aur zulm wa sitam se logoko najaat dilwaaker Aallah ka nizaam maashere may raayej Kiya. Afsoos ke unke jaane ke Baad fhirse mazhabi hukmraani ka Raj kaayem ho gaya.

غامدی صاحب پر اعتراض کرنے والوں سے مؤدبانہ گزارش ہے کہ وہ قرآن مجید اور احادیث مبارکہ سے ثابت کر دیں کہ زکوٰۃ ڈھائی فیصد مقرر کی گئی ہے ۔
یعنی قرآن کی کسی آیت کا حوالہ ۔
یا
احادیث مبارکہ کی چھ مستند کتب میں سے نصاب زکوٰۃ کی تفصیل ۔خاص طور پر ڈھائی فیصد زکوٰۃ کا حکم۔

حضرت علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میں نے گھوڑوں اور غلاموں کی زکوۃ تم سے معاف کر دی ہے پس تم چاندی کی زکوۃ ہر چالیس درہم میں سے ایک درہم نکالو اور 199 درہم میں زکوۃ
نہیں ہے بلکہ 200 درہم پر 5 درہم زکوۃ نکالو۔
حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمر اور عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہر بیس دینار میں نصف دینا اور چالیس دینار میں ایک دینار زکوۃ لیتے تھے
اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں دو قسم کے سکے جاری تھے ۔ ایک دینار جو سونے کا سکہ تھا اور اہل روم کی طرف منسوب تھا اور دوسرا درہم جو چاندی کا سکہ تھا اور اہل فارس کے ہاں رائج تھا۔
آپ کے زمانہ میں سونے کا نصاب بیس دینار یا بیس مثقال تھا یعنی اگر سونا بیس دینار یا اس سے زائد ہوتا تھا تو اس پر زکوة واجب تھی۔ بیس دینار سونے کا وزن ہمارے معاصر اوزان کے مطابق ساڑھے سات تولے سونا ہے جس کی مقدار تقریبا ساڑھے 87 گرام بنتی ہے ۔ احتیاطاً اسے 87گرام شمار کیا گیا ہے۔
آپ کے زمانہ میں چاندی کا نصاب 200 درہم تھا جو ہمارے معاصر اوزان کے مطابق ساڑھے باون تولے یا تقریبا ساڑھے 612 گرام بنتاہے۔ اور اس وزن کو احتیاطاً 612 گرام شمار کیا گیا ہ

He should mention the hadees where it is said 2.5%. Instead he has given a lecture for which the person asked question already having knowledge. If he was not aware should say I dont know.
Inkar e hadees.agar doosry aasmani kitobon MEIN 2.5 percent zakat ka hukm HOTA to ghamdi SB zaroor un ka hawala daitay.sirf hadees say inkar Kay LIYAy ye upach ikhtiar ki
ghamdi had dinner with Adam (as) that's how he knows it was 2.5% at that time. And Adam(as) was paying it to either his wife or his own children. Thanks to Allah(swt) that we have Quran and we are safe from taweel of maktaba ghamdi.

Mr. Ghamidi sounds arrogant when he says that he does not need to refer to any hadees for finding out the rulings on zakaat. It seems he is pretty sad on the authority of the holy prophet's hadith literature. The fact is that the hadiths are a gateway to understanding and decoding the Quran. The holy Quranic text has been very satisfactorily exemplified and explained verbatim by the seerah of the holy prophet(s), through his(s) life and living, through his(s) sayings and explanations as enumerated and detailed in those voluminous hadith literature. Without the hadith we will be in the dark about the exact requirements of the Islamic sharia. Mr. Ghamidi should refrain and restrain from making irresponsible remarks on the prophetic hadith, it's viability, need and importance. We are deeply offended and pained at his haughtiness and arrogance..
Ghamdi sb is a learned Islamic scholar. However, he is wrong in his explanation of zakat and salat. The glorious Koran clearly states that there are THREE Salat, excluding juma prayer and Tahajad. Besides, the glorious Koran commands to give a fair portion of wealth in Allah's way. So it could be any percentage based on the generosity of a believer. The reward for charity is 700 times or 70,000 percent. The highest reward for ant good deed.

بےحد افسوس ہوا جاوید غامدی صاحب کی اس بات پر کہ نماز زکات کے احکام شروع ہی سے حضرت آدم کے زمانہ سے چلے آ رہے ہیں اسکا انہوں نے سچ ہونے کا کوئ بھی ثبوت نہیں جو اللہ،کا حکم ہے کہ جو کہو اسکے سچ ہونے کا ثبو اور دلیل دو۔تحقیق بھی انہوں کوئ بھی نہیں کی ہے۔ پہلی بات تو یہ ہے کہ حضرت آدم کوئ نہ تو نبی تھے اور نہ ہی کوئ ایک آدمی تھے۔اسکا مادہ ا د م ہے یعنی مل جل کر ایک ساتھ رہنے والا۔یعنی یہ تمام آدمییوں کی بات ہے جو مل جل کر ساتھ رہتے تھے۔( جاری ہے)پروفیسر لیاقت جلال سما ایک محقق اور مفسر قرآن۔

غامدی صاحب نے زکوٰة کے متعلق صحیح جواب نہیں دیا۔ آدم علیہ السلام تا عیسیٰ علیہ السلام تک اسلام کےاحکامات کس کتاب میں محفوظ ملتے ہیں جہاں سے آپ نے زکوٰة کی شرح 2.5% کا حکم حاصل کیا۔ سابقہ تمام کتابیں غیر محفوظ اور ملاوٹی ہو چکی ہیں۔ غامدی صاحب احادیث کو حجت شریعہ نہیں مانتے اسی لٸے انہوں حدیث کا سرے سے ذکر ہی نہیں کیا۔
اس ارب پتی شخص کی گفتگو صرف فلسفہ پر ھے جس کا قرآن اور حدیث سے دور دور تک واسطہ نہیں۔ ھمیشہ یہ شخص آسان فہم بات کو اس طرح گھما پھرا کے کرے گا کہ جو بلکل مختلف ھو۔۔۔آپ اس کی گفتگو کو غور سے سنیں اور اس کا تقابلی جائزہ قرآن اور احادیث کی بنیادی کتب بخاری اور مسلم شریف سے کریں تو آپ کو پتا چلے گا کس ھوشیاری کے ساتھ یہ اپنی دوکانداری ایک مختلف انداز سے چمکا کے بھولے بھالے عوام کے ذھنوں کو بہکا رہا ھے ۔۔۔اللہ ایسے فلسفیوں سے دین اسلام کو محفوظ رکھے اور لوگوں کا ایمان بچائے۔۔۔آمین
