Nobody can tell you how to feel or not. However, there is one thing you must always think about. This place is imperfect in many, many ways. But it's perfect in one - creating drama and stimulating emotional response! Most people are EXTREMELY irrational and emotional. Not just women, the nature of this reality is feminine, and these are core female "qualities". What most people do not talk however is - where these emotions go. They go somewhere, someone feeds on them. You will notice with age, that your energy is depleting. This is the big secret of this planet - you are the energy source. Everything you experience costs energy, and it comes from you and goes "somewhere". This is why the idea of expanding human life span is impossible. What the "scientists" do not realize is, that you die, since your energy is depleted, it can't sustain the body any more. The body itself feeds on your "life force". Remember, there was movie - Stargate Atlantis. I watched it as a kid, and was absolutely fascinated. IMO, it explained that concept better then any "scientist" can... With that sad, this is why any spiritual practice is taught in the same way - detachment from social life, detachment from the body as much as you can, achieve inner piece. It sounds unnatural? Absolutely... but you are born into a prison word. "Living" here means spending your energy on the drama, not on getting out. You are trying to achieve this state of numbness artificially via drinking. However, only you by yourself can achieve it naturally. This takes time for sure. I don't claim I've achieved it either. The other important point IMO is - why the fall happened. Again, if we analyze the core of all religious teachings, one common theme arises - the division of the genders. This division created the feminine matrix, which is mostly what you see here. IMO, as the garden story goes, this reality attracted the feminine. However, the masculine fallowed. A lot of men have the wrong idea that they are the "strong" and the "leaders", the feminine is supposed to be the submissive. It's actually the opposite. You submitted to Eve and once you open your eyes to see that, you can't unsee it. This is why detaching yourself from the "sexual marketplace", achieving balance in yourself only (since as a soul, you have both masculine and feminine), is kind of the core practice. You can analyze why this happened, was it intentional, etc... So many questions. But the fact is - it's our reality here, it's used to create more drama and extract your energy. You can't make it work (here) since this is how this place was designed. Let go of any attachment since it will be used against you. Also, realize, that the vast majority of humanity are addicted to this reality, they will play the game, destroying themselves, and try to drag you down with them. Only they have the "free will" to do this or that. Sadly, "free will" is also mostly a negative thing here. You are tempted to do the wrong thing at every step in your life. You, as a man can achieve control. Just complaining what this reality is will not do it. It's the feminine thing to do. Complain and hope something to change. It won't. This reality will not go away if you don't do the steps to consciously get out of here.

I understand your need to alleviate your pain, and I understand that you are drinking large amounts to take the edge off the unspeakable pain you are in. I want to express my sympathy and my concern and implore you to put down the beer because it's clear to me that continuing the path you are on will only make your situation worse. I have a family member who got diabetes after alcohol abuse, and another who is currently facing life with a damaged/failing liver for the same reason. Drinking to the point of giving yourself a chronic illness is not going to improve your situation in any way. Please don't do that to yourself. The circumstances I observe my two family members going through are not something I would wish upon you or upon anyone. I think there may be substances other than beer that can be prescribed to help you cope in the short term that may be more effective, without the damaging effects of alcohol. It's not that I think therapy or psychiatrists or psych meds are "the answer" in any general sense, but in an isolated event, perhaps a doctor can prescribe something to help you cope that is less damaging to your body than alcohol. I can tell that you have gained a significant amount of weight since your last video, and that seems to align with the level of alcohol consumption you are describing. It has me concerned that you might be headed toward a situation like my family member if you don't get off the path you are currently on. I am so sorry to see you suffering as you are. I wanted to leave this comment to tell you there are people out here who understand and share your perspective on the world, but also who care about you and don't want to see you hurt yourself permanently using alcohol. In my belief the matrix feeds off of our hatred and anger. While seemingly impossible to prove, I find it motivation nonetheless. Supreme indifference is very often the best choice it seems. I have been sober almost 5 months now. When people say it gets better they are both wrong and right. I would say it gets less bad. I sincerely hope you can beat alcohol and the other substances. I like to think of pleasure as pain delayed and then enhanced. Though I don't believe in karma, it is a good comparison of how I perceive the pleasure and pain cycle. Upon receiving pleasure you are guaranteed future pain except the pain you receive is often greater than the past pleasure. Therefore if you reject pleasure you will often nullify or reduce pain. Which seems to be about the best action available. There are also a few things that help that may be painful. Exercise in moderation is a form of mild pain. Yet it's benefits are plain to see. Most great artistic expression tells of pain. This expression is often painful to create. However that pain can also be a beneficial release to stunt future pain. I think there may be substances other than beer that can be prescribed to help you cope in the short term that may be more effective, without the damaging effects of alcohol. It's not that I think therapy or psychiatrists or psych meds are "the answer" in any general sense, but in an isolated event, perhaps a doctor can prescribe something to help you cope that is less damaging to your body than alcohol.
I can tell that you have gained a significant amount of weight since your last video, and that seems to align with the level of alcohol consumption you are describing. It has me concerned that you might be headed toward a situation like my family member if you don't get off the path you are currently on.
I am so sorry to see you suffering as you are. I wanted to leave this comment to tell you there are people out here who understand and share your perspective on the world, but also who care about you and don't want to see you hurt yourself permanently using alcohol. In my belief the matrix feeds off of our hatred and anger. While seemingly impossible to prove, I find it motivation nonetheless. Supreme indifference is very often the best choice it seems.
I have been sober almost 5 months now. When people say it gets better they are both wrong and right. I would say it gets less bad. I sincerely hope you can beat alcohol and the other substances.
I like to think of pleasure as pain delayed and then enhanced. Though I don't believe in karma, it is a good comparison of how I perceive the pleasure and pain cycle. Upon receiving pleasure you are guaranteed future pain except the pain you receive is often greater than the past pleasure.
Therefore if you reject pleasure you will often nullify or reduce pain. Which seems to be about the best action available. There are also a few things that help that may be painful. Exercise in moderation is a form of mild pain. Yet it's benefits are plain to see. Most great artistic expression tells of pain. This expression is often painful to create. However that pain can also be a beneficial release to stunt future pain.
