Our justice system often makes no sense. I’m sorry that this young man has to go through this for months. Glad to see your channel grow. People appreciate this service. Nice to understand what’s going on.
Dodge awesome coverage That is wonderful Jasiah will have a lawyer to help him, he was taken advantage of from The police and Scientology arrested him so glad DOA found him brought up Jasiah story to light and hopefully with help he will win his case against the Scientology and the police ,,, he is a good kid ...
@@maytheforcebewithyou4313 Yes Streets brought up Jasiah & help him I am not saying that Streets deserve credit to 100 percent But If I can remember might be wrong but I am basing my comment on ....when DOA was in jail for 6 days he found Jasiah was in jail he was in jail for weeks and no one knew he was there ,,, and DOA talk to him and DOA told Streets and between Streets and DOA they helped raise bail money to bail him out ... I even donated to it Both Streets and DOA deserves credit
I’m so glad Jasiah got the money for a lawyer! Honestly when you have a public defender for these types of cases it’s incredibly likely you will be forced to take plea deals. So having a lawyer is a big deal. Now it’s very likely he won’t have any punishment at all. Which he doesn’t deserve anyways. Thanks for the updates dodge 💙
Yup! I also watched live. Patrick left a big red mark on Aaron's head, too. Twilah and (Lurch?) appeared to call Patrick or someone in contact with the old grouch while they were glaring at Aaron with more animosity than I'd ever seen in their eyes. It cannot be mere coincidence. Patrick wasn't just their goon. He was bait and Aaron went for it when he recognized Patrick as "that guy." Disguised blessings: a lot more was exposed about the cult, the LAPD, the relationship both have with Patrick Perry, and that the doors at that center closed that day and stayed closed afterwards. Thanks to Aaron. "Hip-Hip Hurray!" They keep throwing failed fair game tactics at him. His haters can say what they want, but when A-aron actually gets knocked down, he jumps back up and shakes it off. He's been doing it for years.
@@reneepolin6549 I love them both, and also Reese and, of course, Natalie. I don't have an actual "favorite" ex-Scientologist. Each has qualities that I appreciate and respect. Reese and Nora crack me up. I've been watching Aaron for a few years, at least. I used to drop posts in his comments to go watch the playlist where Reckless Ben infiltrated the COS. Those were my favorite reference sources for people that wanted to know why COS is being protested. That includes people that defended COS from a complete outside perspective. Aaron finally did. I did the same on Scientology Audit. We need the fun to offset the stuff that is not fun. Things like the attacks on protesters, including the insane arrests and SWATing, and whatever else needs to be countered with positivity. The humor really helps. Naturally funny people are a blessing. IDK if you watch Confident Chris, Jessica Palmadessa and Wil Gude. I can't do their live streams anymore, but I catch the clipped gems they share.
"Assault" is threatening another person, and not usually a crime in most states, it is, however, a civil cause of action, in California, intended touching of another person without permission is a Battery, and can be either a Misdemeanor crime called Simple Battery, or a Felony crime called Aggravated Battery
I really appreciate these updates on all the cases. I see the big zero has been consistently breaking the terms of the judges restraining order. Any update regarding that ?
@@Dogbiteskillthe videos of Patrick exhibiting hostility, plus the part in Aaron's live stream where Patrick attacked him and where the red mark he left on his head can all be offered up as evidence to show that Patrick resorts to aggressive behavior during confrontations and he also instigates some of them, as he did in the ally. And there was another incident, I hope was caught on camera, where he brandished an illegal weapon.

Wait a minute, Dodge, please. Did you say Jasiah had a court-appointed attorney? If that’s true, then neither Lara nor DOA gave Jasiah the $2,000 that DOA raised for Jasiah to get a private attorney.
He needed to raise all that to get his attorney. This was just a preliminary motions so his attorney wasn't needed. All of what he raised is going towards his new legal representation, takes a while to rustle up
DOA said yesterday Jasiah was going to ask for it to be continued today using the court appointed attorney, then retain the attorney the funds were raised for. That way the funds wouldn’t run out too soon.

If he continues to use the Public Defender, and they find out about his fundraising, and not get his own Lawyer, he will be charged to pay the the Public Defenders Office. And, I will let them know he has $10,000.00. I'm calling them now.
Keep up the great work Dodge you're important to this movement 💪💪
It’s crazy that it wasn’t dismissed by now, what a racket
What they are doing to Jasiah is so wrong. Thank you for the update! 💜

What does it mean that the 2 cases are now lumped together? If so why didn’t Danny haf to show up too?
Also why is Jasiahs criminal and others not?
Did the ginger guy show up??
How many days did Jasiah already spend in jail on this? At least two weeks.
