Hi everyone!! This is a restoration tutorial to fix those pesky neckplug issues on your favorite littlest pet shop toys! I remember vividly when I was about 14 breaking one of my favorite bases for a custom and being super bummed. Its a super easy fix honestly - this might even help you get great deals on broken rare LPS now that you know the correct steps to safely swap plugs!

god i am so grateful for this ahh many years ago i brought my lps brook to a hotel pool and basically plundered her MULTIPLE times into the depths and her spring became very very loose and her head wasn’t bobbly and i regretted that every single day for the past like 7 years (which was very sad because i made a lot of good memories on that vacation trip which is all soured by that one bad one). then i happened to chance upon your video 7 years later and decided to give it a go. i swapped her peg with a random monkey i bought and i literally love her so much once again. she’s my fav rn tysm 😭
also a qn can i use lps lambs as substitute neck plug for shorthairs?

I have some color suggestions!
1. One eye orange and one eye green
2. One eye teal and one eye yellow
3. Half of both eyes are lavender and other half of the eyes is brown
4. peach,fades down to orange
5. Red,fades down to peach
6. green and light vermillion
7. crimson
8. Orange, striped into yellow

i took one of my old dachshund's neck plug off (the dachshund was in such a bad condition and mid customising from a long time) and the neck plug was all rusty and disgusting and it was missing the spring, i'm hoping to repair it

I can’t believe I haven’t watched this video before now. This was a life saver! I made a custom and couldn’t get the head back on, I tried so hard that the peg got stuck and I didn’t know what to do about it. I tied the oven method after watching this video and it fixed it perfectly. Thanks Autty 🫶

A cool custom design idea would be a half black half white cat sorta in the pattern like ur nebula sheep with the glass eyes.
It could have some wings and a galaxy tail which could be fluffy or kind of like princess celestia’s mane/tail. It’s eyes could be a neon pink or teal ish blue.
This is just an idea for a custom if u wanna try it but u don’t have too!

I'm not super into lps anymore (still love them very much!) and I realized recently that the Mod Panda sells for a decant amount of money which I really need rn??? haha!!! she is literally the only lps I ever broke the head off of. I'm really really afraid of messing her up even further but I'm wondering if this technique works with newer lps? could I buy one in the store and switch the head this way? all my lps have really big nostalgia to me and parting with any of them makes me sad, let alone chopping their head off lol.

Fluff in general? I can’t remember if I’ve done a tutorial for that yet! I’ll write it down!
Also look for casting calls as they come out for my series! They are few and far between but that’s the only way I choose voice actors!

I was using nail polish remover on one of my blank lps bases that got strong paint on it, and the neck pet straight up MELTED OFF, and the spring fell out, so now its a springless, peggless "peg*, and now i cannot get the peg OUT to switch it
I found out that Most thrift stores have LPS, I have not seen Lps in store In over 5 years- and found LPS at the thrift store value village bro-

I don't dare customize anything...but I do have an LPS who's neck peg snapped in half. I guess there's no amount of hot glue to fix him. Half is still in his head and the other half is in his body. 🤦 Poor open mouthed disc catching collie has got issues. 🥺 Feel better soon and you are funny. 😅 Sid from Toy Story 2 is a good comparison. 🤣
