Evet adamın taşları kesme işi başlı başına bir sanat olmuş. Ama galiba bunun taşı baya yumuşak. Ben yaptım. benim taş çelik gibiydi. Ama bende ki genel görüntü daha iyi😉
What I like about this video is that it shows the issues with each step especially the curves and intersections of the bricks and the opening for the chimney.
Beautiful. Watched a few tonight and hands down the best yet. I was thinking everyone was making them do damn small and then I saw yours. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Happy cooking :)
I have only one objection, the first hole (from the outside) was supposed to start on one brick less or even two a the height of the second bore, so that the weight of the smoke coming out ahead but almost all coming out the chimney, so from me: D the best pizza oven video I have seen .... Greetings from Croatia !
I've watch almost every wood fired oven video on UA-cam, and yours is without doubt, the most freakin awesome oven ever!!!! I want to come to your house and party!!...I'll help make the pizzas!!!!
+Thomas Vaughan I've never had any heat retention issues with it. Granted I have insulation all around this thing, but when you think of the overall cost why not throw it on there !
+The Wicked Outdoors I was sad to see you cover such careful refractory brick work up with everything else. Can just the refractory brick be enough to withstand the outdoors? Your video might be the best one I've seen on UA-cam. Thanks for making it.
Fish hook idea to hold the top bricks...BRILLIANT!!!! I'm just starting my dome build and will use that trick for sure. Is there anything you'd do differently? I would love your input before I get too far into the dome. Thx!
Thanks. It worked very well holding up a few tricky ones. If you mix your heatstop right to be honest you might not need anything. I put quite a few bricks on even at the top and they stayed right in place by themselves. A lot of stress on some type of form or using sand or a ball.... I like the fishing hooks :) Honestly the only thing I might do different is make it a little bigger, and put some more thought into what my roof was going to be made out of. Other than that... I love it !
Wow that looks magnificant Building a oven myself right now, have some problem with the entry, excaust channel (cutting the bricks/shape) unfortunally can not see it in your video
Sorry I missed your comment. I'm sure by now you've finished your entry. How did it come out? Mine were all cut out of individual bricks 5:56 show's it best and 6:09-6:20.
Dude Over the f'ing top.. those cuts are sick! Do you have a CAD file that you used... You dome seams flatter than others but I think your ratios are better.
Thanks for the compliment. I did do it on AutoCAD. I can try and dig up the file if you'd like. For some reason my video came out wide screen, it's not flat but does look like it on the video.
Do it! I have a buddy that is a chef and wants my help building him one. Though I am not sure I would take the diligence you did I wouldn't be to far back. I just need the raw file or in a PDF I have a plotter/printer at work that would be large enough to accommodate the DWG.
I want to comment, but everyone else has already taken all the good comments I had for your build.....truly the best pizza oven video I have seen....and I have watched a bunch. Great job and how is it holding up a year and a have later? Any heat cracks or things of the like to report?
+Interest in old school Thanks for the comment :) I love it. We had our Thanksgiving Dinner out of it this past week. 21 pound turkey in 4.5 hours smoked with apple wood. It was a hit !
+karnage27 Just noticed my typo. ....a year and a "half" ago...sorry. That's something the family will enjoy for many years to come, Thanksgiving birds, Christmas Prime ribs, Easter lambs.....yum. Type N morter?
It's perfect. Family of 4 and we do everything from burgers to Thanksgiving dinner in it. As far as getting it up to temp... depends on what I'm cooking.... and how hungry people are :) Pizza... about an hour, sausage and peppers... apps.. 30 minutes or so.
I tried to watch, just couldn't take the crazy music. I like heavy rock ,i wouldn't listen to it while i was reading for comprehension. Can't figure out why you would take the time to build such a project and play that instead of some explanation. Thanks made 4 min
l watched 60 , 70 videos lately best workmanship and video congratulations.👏👏👏

I am a contractor ,and want to tell you ,"GREAT JOB"... I see you did a lot of cut's but well worth it! I liked that job...Well Done and Thank's
This is the best and most immaculate built Pompei style oven I have ever seen! Well done!
The best oven I ever saw in my life, is amazing, unfortunately you don’t give information when you build.
What I like about this video is that it shows the issues with each step especially the curves and intersections of the bricks and the opening for the chimney.
ultimate build on this one! full detail and meticulous planning, thank you for sharing. this is by far the best wood fired oven yet.
Well thought out and great eye for detail. love the paver patio and fire pit. It makes it a truly enjoyable outdoor entertainment area.
Dude I have to say..... serious props on this piece of work... I'm going to the drawing board now to make prints for it.
Thanks, and good luck ! Enjoy the build.
Beautiful. Watched a few tonight and hands down the best yet. I was thinking everyone was making them do damn small and then I saw yours. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Happy cooking :)
Awesome brick and stone work. You and NHenergy guy have the best ovens on YT.
Seriously good cutting skills rite there.
Hi!
Beautiful work and nice description.
Epic looking pizza. I like how you made the chimney base.
Well detailed, well constructed, well done!
You are unbelievable! The job of a pro!

Love yoru oven, nice detail work, thank you for sharing.
Love the build. Very impressive
I've watch almost every wood fired oven video on UA-cam, and yours is without doubt, the most freakin awesome oven ever!!!! I want to come to your house and party!!...I'll help make the pizzas!!!!
David Golembeski Thanks !! That means a lot. :)
Beautiful work! I'm hoping to start mine in the spring!
Thank you. Good luck. Any questions feel free to ask.
is the refractory blanket really necessary?
+Thomas Vaughan I've never had any heat retention issues with it. Granted I have insulation all around this thing, but when you think of the overall cost why not throw it on there !
It is not only necessary but vital as it stops the oven from dissipating heat from via the brick work. It offers a higher u value
+The Wicked Outdoors I was sad to see you cover such careful refractory brick work up with everything else. Can just the refractory brick be enough to withstand the outdoors? Your video might be the best one I've seen on UA-cam. Thanks for making it.
Hi,!
Beautiful job and beautiful shape of oven.
Best I've seen so far
well done beautiful oven

Fantastic Build! What is the chance of getting your plans for the cutting of the fire brick...angles and all?
Nice brickwork on dome.....
What a great oven do you have Sir...... How is your oven condition now ? So curious.. Thank you
Excellent amigo,very nice.
Great Job, Looks like you are in a cold climate. I'm curious, did you place footings below the frost line? If not how has it held up?
Wow that looks magnificant

Awesome Stove! Where did you get those awesome pizza peals?
Awesome job
Great build!
Wow, all these bevels must have worn out some saw blades. Or did you use beveled stones for some arches?
I liked this one, but I think it would have been better in my opinion to use masonry to surround the dome, but it looked great and solid.
Wow! Do you build these for a living? Beautiful!
Nope, it was my first time :) Thanks.
Great oven! I was wondering how you made the arm that was used to place the brick when making the dome?
good job realy clean .

@@aaronkashmer5882 Nice job men. Does anyone has the AutoCAD drawings yet? I'm, also, interested......
Same here, love the shape of this dome. So if you did find the autocad file, let me know
@@remyplaisier84 Never saw one...

Dude.. Where did you print your plans from? i am just starting my dome and i will take all the insite available
Made them myself on AutoCAD.
well if u turn the volume off this is a great vid....peace out
great, great job! congrats!
What are the dimensions of the oven footprint? Is that some kind of foam you placed underneath the cooking surface?
Thanks!
Sorry I missed your comment. It's a 36" oven. Not sure what dimensions you're looking for exactly... there are quite a few :)
how much does it cost to build this brick oven? would it better just to buy UUNI Pro oven?
I want to comment, but everyone else has already taken all the good comments I had for your build.....truly the best pizza oven video I have seen....and I have watched a bunch. Great job and how is it holding up a year and a have later? Any heat cracks or things of the like to report?

+karnage27 Just noticed my typo. ....a year and a "half" ago...sorry. That's something the family will enjoy for many years to come, Thanksgiving birds, Christmas Prime ribs, Easter lambs.....yum. Type N morter?
Used Heatstop Mortar. As little as possible.
+Interest in old school I have one crack in the back of the oven and its a hairline crack. No issues with performance or structure.
how much did it all set you back?
Great job. Love the brick cuts. What is the grey base material?
Calcium Silicate Board
Impressive job! One question though as I'm building mine right now :) Is your oven not too big for family use? How long do u have to warm it up?
It's perfect. Family of 4 and we do everything from burgers to Thanksgiving dinner in it. As far as getting it up to temp... depends on what I'm cooking.... and how hungry people are :) Pizza... about an hour, sausage and peppers... apps.. 30 minutes or so.

Nice video the music sucks and it’s way too loud
