      It’s very simple! Follow these steps-
      1. Find an old diary/ book or some papers
      2. Search for journal prompts online (for example: What are some of the challenges I face currently in life?)
      3. Sit in a comfortable place
      4. Set a timer for 10-20 minutes (optional)
      5. Write whatever that is coming to your mind without bothering about spelling or grammar or handwriting. Write with all honesty.
      Practice this regularly at a consistent time!

      Journal korachude oru intimate and personal space aanu- nammal thoughts, reflections, ideas, deep aayittulla karyangl ezhuthunna oru book.

      Affirmations- nammude confidence, self esteem, self belief okke vardhippikkan nammal repeated aayitt nammalod thanne parayunna statements aanu Affirmations; for example: "I am capable of achieving my goals."/ "I attract positivity and abundance into my life."
      Law of Attraction- ith oru idea/philosophy aanu which suggests that nammude vishwasangalkkum chindhakalkkum vikarangalkkum okke nammade life outcomes ne influence cheyyan sadhikkum- which means nammal focus/ attract cheyyunna karyngal manifest cheyyappedum.
