It's cool that Usopp, master sniper, is the first one to read the Baratie logo through the fog from afar.
Hahah for real!!! So sick
He has no idea how OP he is.
This needs more recognition. Soge King! 🔥🔥🔥
@@MrHighFlyer023what are you talking about? Those are 2 very different characters. Too bad they never got to meet 😔
@@papinstephen oh shi..yeah my bad
My memories are messed up. It's been ages 😔
Ru Ru RaRa Ru 🎵🎶
Sanji's actor Taz Skylar literally learned how to cook and martial arts to play Sanji. Now both are a hobby to him. His insta is full of cool vids and cooking skills.
So badass
its cool that they had usopp read the barite sign first from that far away. God Usopp
Dude great comment!!! So true!!!
My favorite arc by far.. really enjoy Sanji character. I don't think you guys realize Don Krieg is dead lol
Yeah we def didn’t in the moment haha
The clothes they are wearing are from the manga covers...so everything they wear here are from the source material itself...
Also the actor for sanji, trained 8 hours everyday for martials arts and wanted to train as a chef for real saying he wanted to be as aunthentic as it gets, also for his chefs training he even cooked the foods for all the staffs and everyone involved in the set...
It's amazing to know they actually built the whole set. It practical not CGI.
It’s so impressive the BTS pictures are so cool
hmm your comment on yoru (mihawks blade) was incorrect because the blade IS black tho. they showed it in the behind the scenes
28:40 Actually, in the anime, the Mihawk stuff happens *during* the Krieg stuff.
The actor got a black belt in karate and learned how to cook for this role. Now that's dedication
His Instagram videos of training kicking is crazy
taekwondo*
This episode is one of my favorites for this season.
I still remember reading the duel in the manga and loved seeing it in the LA.
bruh this episode had my friend and I so emotional on our first watch through 😭
Editing these episode has had me so emotional it’s crazy
I am SO glad they extremely downplayed Sanji's love-struck attitude.
Same I couldn’t handle that lol
Adding to the "black blade" thing - I don't know if there's any implication that Yoru was made of some special material that behaves differently from steel. But for steel blades, you sometimes see a black coloration caused either by part of the blade being completely unfinished (which would still show marks from forging), or because of some chemical treatment. But in both cases, that black coloration would be removed when sharpening the blade. So it makes sense that the sharpened part of the sword is steel-colored.
Are you an anime watcher or manga reader? If so you’d know the blade is supposed to be 100% black
@@brosnshows I know it's not how it's *supposed* to look. My only point was that if you were to forge such a blade in real life, this is what it would look like. But probably the real reason was just that an all-black blade didn't look good on camera.
Y’all, don krieg is dead lmao
With all the respect that character deserved.
Everytime he said he was looking forward to Don Krueger, I kept repeating this to my screen.
LMFAO sorry we know now
The actor who plays Sanji is Spanish, but speaks English with a British accent. He's currently based out of London.
He’s actually Spanish born (canary island) but to Arab (dad is Lebanese descent) and British(mom from yorkshire) parents so the English accent makes great sense
14:33 It’s Cocoyashi Village, but it’s on the Conomi Islands.
i found ya'll from your one piece reactions and i've been going through all your videos watching old and new, this channel is def becoming one of my favs reaction channels. i can't wait to see the rest of your one piece reactions and future reactions.
Thank you so much 🤍 hope you know how good that makes us feel! Hope to see you in more reactions!
mihawk is awesome he pick zoro as his prodigy he knows zoro will be the greatest soon.
We love mihawk
It's a special feat to turn the "anime bs" of a concept as ludicrous as a guy fighting with a paring knife into plausible-looking live action
They nailed that scene though
@@brosnshows a testament to the choreography and cinematography
This is one of the episodes I liked the most, I haven’t seen one piece in so long (as I said I stopped around ep 200 like over 10 years ago) I probs finished season 6?? And started season 7 and then stopped? I had forgotten how cool Mihawks is. This was such a cool episode, specially with Sanji’s introduction as well. Taz, the actor for Sanji, really did a lot for the part, I thought that was super cool, there’s some videos of him cooking for the cast, it’s pretty fun.
Ahhh, I’m really gonna restart One Piece.
Pleasseeeeee tell me you’re watching the sub?
@@brosnshows obviously, I only watch sub, never dub, however when I was younger and first started one piece like 2004 i did watch the dub, then around 2007 2008 it was the sub. So yes, the sub!!! Most definitely!!
@@jimjimcherie okay phew! I don’t mind SOME dubs but certainly not this one
@@brosnshows JSJSJS I am a subtitle purist so no need to worry, I do not watch dubs HOWEVER there are some reaction channels that I follow that watch the dub for My Hero Academia, and if I had to choose, I think I actually like the dub better for some characters when it comes to MHA. There's one that watched JJK dubbed, and the way I hate that dub 🤡🤡 I only put up with it because i love that reaction channel.
@@jimjimcherie smh.. the things we do for love
Don Krieg is dead my guys 😂
RIP lmao
They literally nailed that fight! 👏🏾
So freaking clean!
Been waiting for your Mihawk reaction👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!!!
Nope. They just completely did away with Don Krieg in order to build up Mihawk's character. I'm fine with it. There's so much source material, it can't all be included.
Agreed, trash villain anyways. Glad the still showed Gin
Great reaction ❤
Thank you for watching!!!!!
Yoru's blade is black, but a part is natural steel color
It's just that with the light you can't make it look deep black because it's real life, not manga or anime.
I mean with Netflix money they for sure could’ve
@@brosnshows Maybe yes, but I reckon it would look weird
A fully black blade is kinda sketchy to me, but maybe it's just me
@@SonOfIzalith carbon fiber would do it, but I feel you
how did no one of you catch how Don Krieg was killed this episode lol
In the anime and manga he is defeated by Dracule Mihawk before we meet him. Then he barely makes it to Baratie where he is confronted by Luffy. It is not strange to think that we would see him again after Mihawk defeats him in the live action too.
Favorite episode 🙌
I think it’s definitely one of the best
guys Don Krieg already happened guys remember when Garp called Mihaw
We know we know hahahah
The blade is black.....😢😂🎉
8:00 Hems supposed to be French, though
Did you guys not see Don Krieg dead on the beach?
Just figured it was his first encounter with Mihawk, just like in the anime how Mihawk fucked them up and then saw them again at baratie
thats yoru is black
Took y'all long enough
Hahaha we’re getting there, go watch 6
This is the worst series in the world, it has no connection at all, and it lacks a lot of important details that they never used. As for the real One Piece, the anime One Piece is just the best, nothing else, and the talk is over.
☹☹☹☹☹☹😒👎👎👎👎👎👎🤫
You comment this on every video. No one cares dude. Get outta here
@@brosnshowsI also don't care about you or anyone else at all, uncle. Stop reacting to this series. The most failed series in the world. It has absolutely nothing to do with One Piece at all, and you will never see this comment. Understood.
😒😒😒😏😏👎👎👎👎🤫🤫🤫🤫
I see this comment and it’s as stupid as your first one
@@brosnshows Okay, now I won’t feel bad about hijacking this thread. For some reason, my stupid iPad won’t let me start a new comment thread, so I’ll take this one over.
I disagree that Garp’s motivation to not involve any other Marines was because he was low-key embarrassed (although I’m pretty sure there was a little embarrassment involved, being outdone by his upstart grandson this round). I believe the main reason why Garp didn’t want to get any outsiders involved is because he wanted to protect Luffy, so he chose to deal with him by himself (and his own fleet). If other Marines were involved, it would not go well at all for Luffy, and that’s what Garp wanted to avoid.
