Amid all the chaos, Modi delivered his long speech targetting Congress and making remarks about Rahul Gandhi. When opposition was speaking, ruling party listened. Objected lawfully. What a distasteful display of code of conduct by the opposition, especially TMC leaders like Kalyan the joker. When did they listen? They were raising slogans right from the start and the speaker didn't even restrain them. They were getting up like jumping jacks. Rajat is wrong when he says that viewers couldn't hear the voice of the PM in the parliament today. He was quite audible despite the hooliganism perpetuated by the goondas on the other side and very eloquent.
