Firmware for Nanjg 105C driver - part 5 (tactical strobe)

Tactical stroboscope mode is a mode where LED is driven by 100% available power with pulses frequency equals 12 Hz. Sounds unbelievable but this kind of light can be very effective in discourage and mislead potential attacker in a pitch black night.
This mode is available after 5-clicks.
Please note that camera does not show the real effect. Light pulses are definitely more sharp (if we can say so about the light).
