A1, a3 me alag rule aur baki me alag rule laga rage ho. There is difference in what you ate telling and what you are drawing "shorter side longer direction" A1 A3 and in others shorter side longer direction me perpendicular not following this

Where sir can you give the timestamp ( Exact tinning ) In case of B1 their is a typo y direction =3 m * ( instead of 2.5 m) but it will not effect the column ordination as in X direction = 4-2.5=1.5m

Sir have to Change the size as per Structure need.
Sir what should be Maximum safe distance between two columns ?
Its not Fixed it Depends on deign .
But for a base line we can take 5 to 5.5 m .
