You need a steeper hill. I was doing 60 mph on my Raleigh bike with Sturmey Archer 3 speed gears when I was 15 in 1968 down a nearby steep road.... none of that silly clothing back then either.

Nah, did 106.8 km/h a few years ago myself.
Then again, I might hold the actual record for a foldable kickbike (the folding mechanism was unlocked)

@@kueppi96 well, I've been at 3 meetings in Germany, and just to mention it, I didn't leave the mechanism unlocked, just forgot to lock it back up.
