- Christian Iversen, born 1993 sets World Record in 400m (42,69 sec.) at SPARTA Copenhagen Athletics Games 21th August 2012, Østerbro Stadium, Copenhagen. Weather: + 22 degrees, dry, light breeze. IAAF approved timekeeping. Swing judges for verification of compliance of track.
Though ... Kai Immonen, Finland still have the fastest time, but NOT IAAF approved timekeeping in a controlled competition ... So far, Kai is the King!

It looks insane. I've only had my scooter for a short while and after long time cycling, i have to say, I have to switch legs cos of how tired I get so easily compared to cycling. Its so much harder to go fast on a scooter!
@Finna Sprang Can already see that in just the commute. I suffer from RSI and ridng can agitate it but Scootering doesn't. Think its cos of the more upright position

It is! At the record day Christian wash´t really in the mode for a new record....having a hard day at the gymnasium he was sleeping in the car on our way to the stadium...felt like it was a totally off day until ca. 5 min. before kick-off. About 1000 spectators applauded him all the way ... Great performance!
He beats Wayde van Niekerk (43,03) !

What do you think about the fat tire kickbike?
I have 2 fatbike scooter and i can say it is not as fast as a normal scooter but it makes so much fun because it is so big but it is more a fun driving machine than a daily driver.
So if you want to buy a fat scooter you can buy them from the Brands:
Gravity scooter from spain
Gboard from italia (xf-models)
Kostka from cz (monster and raptor)
Kickbike does have one too.
I have a gboard xf 26 fat bike with 26"wheels in Front and 26" in the back with 4.8" width both of them.
Then i have the kostka monster with 26" in Front and 20" in the back with 4.0 width.
This scooter is much easier to drive with less Power than the gboard because of the 20" in the back and its even smaller.
The gboard is about 2 meters long and weights 20 kilogramms. For downhill it is perfekt and really fast but uphill it gonna fucks you up because of so much tire.
The kostka monster weights about 16,7 kilogramm and its faster then the gboard cause of the smaller wheels and the 20" back wheel.
Its very funny to drive you can drive with these bikes Almosen everywhere you want. It is really safe to drive in mud snow or whatever you choose. To be honest if you want to buy one of These put an electric engine in it then you have an Allrounder.

I think the gboard is the biggest buyable scooter it cost about 999euro.
The kostka monster new model 1200 till 1300 euros.
My daily driver is a gravity dh iron with big 223mm brake disc and a spectecular brakesystem love this bike it is absolutely incredible the best scooter for me i think it is so save to drive and it is real fast if you know how to drive it correctly :))

After fucking a woman it is the second best feeling in your life i promised. It makes you feel younger better stronger and totally free. Its like medication. I love every second on my kickbike it is so amazing i promised.

@Finna Sprang Elite long distance runners run like 20 km/h which is nothing for a footbike. So of course you would beat him if it's not a sprint
