I get a sense of satisfaction every time I hear him tell his story . They actually played themselves 😂
When my aunt Linda was disfellowshipped, both times, because of guilt that was put on her, she still did her personal studies and felt she had to work extra hard to come back. Her husband never became a JW and wishes she would wake up & also stop allowing brothers, sisters & elders to keep pressuring their very sweet, kind 14 year old son to get baptized. I was told by so many people that I dodged a bullet by not getting baptized. I got as far as unbaptized publisher but lost that due to my gossipy bullies saying a bunch of stuff about me & my friend Tereso.
Tbh I hated going out in service and going to strangers houses to talk to them. My socially phobic self absolutely could not stand having to go out in service 5 days a week.
You definitely dodged a bullet by not getting baptized. You would have been locked in a lifelong contract
One elder told me he is divinely chosen. lol I couldnt believe it. The elders are not qualified to deal with other peoples problems

This is also what woke me up, the lack of love. They claim Jehovah's Witnesses are the "happiest people on earth." Then why are so many of them on antidepressants? The lack of love between fellow believers is unreal. If you are having a hard time, don't expect any help from the elders. The elders are there for enforcing policy and procedure, getting into everyone's personal business, and making sure "no sins" are committed (which is ludicrous because "Jesus died for our sins" so he knew we would "sin"). Gen. 1:26-28 we are made in the image of God, we are to watch over, govern, have in subjection the ANIMALS, not each other. The GB nor the elders have the right to take away our freewill. They have no right and hold no power to punish people either. The truth about the truth is as follows: JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES ARE A CULT AND DO NOT POSSESS ANY TRUTH WHATSOEVER." You can take that to the bank. Why did JW Properties donate $10,000 to Vincent Hughes senatorial campaign in PA? Why have they hired lobbyists? There is no truth in the corporation.

Exactly!! They really don’t care if you fade as long as you keep your mouth shut but when you speak out they hate you and make everyone else hate you. I was just talking about this. My kids dad was arrested for domestic abuse right before we split up and he did not get df’d… why?? Bc the Elders felt a certain way about me bc I’m an apostate. They were probably deep down glad he did it.

I totally agree with doing your own research. When I found out the history of JWs and founding pastor Charles Taze Russell, my mind was blown. Also, I remember all the lies that the world would be destroyed after high school, but that never happened either. Daily, I remind myself to enjoy living in the now rather than hoping to be chosen in the false teaching of paradise earth.

Hello all!!! I actually have heard of apostates, being reinstated. I've heard of 2 cases. There was a lady in California, that had gotten reinstated. She went back to rescue her family. She got a few of them out. The other case, was a woman named. Nancy Sage. She even wrote a book about it and I read the book. She went back, to rescue her daughter and was successful. Her book is called. Going under cover, to rescue my daughter. Ya'll should check it out.

I identify with Jeron. I also could never really connect with JWs in the U.S. (I'm foreign). That's primarily, the reason why I never made it to baptism. I eventually quit trying, and now I'm completely agnostic, especially, when it comes to religion of any kind.

Yep even on their death beds they will not admit that they have been completely scammed. I hate it. I was waiting on my dad to be resurrected and I realized it was never happening. The last twelve years of my life have been my absolute best. This organization is horrible and toxic and treats you like complete and utter crap when you don't do as they say and now amazing people like you are bringing things to light. I too was wondering why, one cannot ask questions, only answer the scripted questions from their books.
Tbh this was very annoying to me, even before I woke up.

Soooo in the Jehovah’s Witnesses video “ The Prodigal Returns” … I recall the dad accepting his son home. Howeverrrrrrr, Jeron was asked a thousand questions and judged immediately. Where was the Jehovah’s Witnesses welcome “home?”
I had the exact same experience with the elders. They assumed i did not have remorse and they claimed Jehovah told them i didnt repent from my sins. Thats when the gears in my brain started turning haha

They address the Crisis of Science book and other literature but don’t touch or address the stuff Geoffrey Jackson said under oath. They know people left mainly because of that Ray Franz book & the ARC. They keeping quiet about Jackson.

I was out and inactive for like 3 years, I became pregnant and was like well I gotta go back to the “truth” so I went to a random congregation meeting and they formed a committee and I was publicly reproved. They were nice, I thought I would be DF for sure. Sometimes I think it depends on the elders. Or maybe they felt bad as a single mom, not sure. I’m sorry he went through that. Especially since he had been going for 2 years . That’s repentance!!

THIS is one of the reasons why I am staying PIMO… To prove that Someone like myself who was wrongly disfellowshipped for completely bogus reasons and then reinstated came back “apostate“ and they reinstated me anyways. It proves there’s no holy spirit guiding them because they would’ve outed me. They prayed and met with me several times, etc. and “the Holy Spirit guided them“ to reinstate me supposedly. Meanwhile, I am not a believer in the bullshit anymore.
And my mother needs me, so I have to say PMO right now. Her health is going downhill.

Oh for sure but it’s rare for the person to do it with the intention of showing that the elders don’t have Gods backing. Most people will do it just to have the association again but still end up having to live inauthentically

I genuinely thank all the apostates… ones I actually know, and ones on UA-cam and TikTok for opening my eyes Before the JWs lead me to baptism. I can’t be controlled & confined to a cult like religion. And I am also more spiritual. I do believe in God and Jesus and I love them… but also I know that Jehovah only created our Physical bodies. Yoooo...I was still believing in 2016 so to get reinstated...knew I had to go for like 6 months/with my beard. I knew after 6 months I will cut my heard of and then wrote my letter....they reinstated me afterwards with noooo questions! The crazy part is when I walked in the Hall the first time after cutting my beard....I literally heard a " OOOHHH" LOL TRUE STORY....I HAD IT ALL PLANNED!

Wow! His story sounds very similar to mines! The elders told me after praying to Jehovah, they felt I wasn't repentant! They can't read hearts, I WENT TO THEM TO CONFESS MY SIN AND HAD CEASED MY SIN! I was DF 21 years ago and never went back!

Y'all please don't take this the wrong way.. I was raised Mormon, denounced the faith when I was a teenager over a decade ago. But religion has been something I've always enjoyed studying. Now, I am in the US south and it has seemed that a ton of the JWs are POC. Where the Mormons are always Caucasian. Is there any reason behind that? Or is it a coincidence?

Its a pity he got back in that religion. It us a false religion. He needs to be awakened to his heritage and to the God of Israel.
Paradise is NOT a scam. The Bible says a thousand years is like one day to God and that God is not slow respecting his promise but is patient. (2Peter 3:8, 9) Jehovah God doesn't view time the same as we do. In his eyes, we live only a couple of hours. If Jeron thinks Paradise is a scam, then he must no longer believe in the Garden of Eden account in the book of Genesis. It was God's original purpose for the earth to be a paradise. Jeron's mother had every right to cut him off because she has to protect herself spiritually. The Bible tells us to not even listen to relatives who are apostates. (Deuteronomy 13:6-8) I'm certain that Jeron's mother still loves him, but she loves Jehovah even more. Jeron's acting like a true apostate by "planting seeds." That was what Satan the Devil did in the Garden of Eden when he got Eve to doubt what God said about the tree in the middle of the garden.

@@Jeron_Benton The Bible says that "bad associations spoil useful habits." (1Corinthians 15:33) JWs are not to have close associations with those don't live by God's holy standards. As far as Jesus eating with "worldly tax collectors" are concerned, please read Luke 5:31, 32 when he stated that healthy people didn't need physicians but sick people do and that he called sinners to repentance. Jesus interacted with sinners and tax collectors in order to preach to them about God's Kingdom. He didn't associate with them in the same manner that you'd associate with your close friends.
