I had literally watched all your videos recently. They are a life saver a real inside look. Thank you sooo much for your efforts I would have been so lost otherwise!

This popped up in my suggested videos. I think this is a very pragmatic discussion. I am a 3L dual degree and wish that I came across this video when I started law school! Thanks for posting this information (:
I haven’t looked at the rest of your videos but it might be helpful to post a Post-COVID law school video like this one. The job market has drastically changed, so it would really help. Thanks!

Thanks for the video. Very informative! I was contemplating whether to go to law school in my second yr college but gave up after one month of studying LSAT (I wasnt sure why I should go to law school. It was more of making my parents happy at the moment) Now almost 4 years after I graduated and having gone through working at Bank (business major undergrad), pursuing Master’s degree in teaching English at Columbia University + working as an educator.. I came back full circle and starting to toy around with the idea of making my own career in law. And this time, I’m doing heavy research and trying to find the purpose of pursuing law degree. From all the research Ive been doing I think it comes down to what fits your situation and how to work around it. Like your video says, I may pursue law degree but decide to use it to better the education community via working at govt or private sectors. Or decide to completely switch around and work as a medical lawyer (Ive always wanted to try healthcare). Or use law degree to be a consultant for entrepreneurs. Or become a law professor. There are immense opportunities out there with law degree. It just has to be right balance of self pride, philanthropic value, and return on investment. can you have a pride in your job? Does it serve a value you really care about? Does it pay well? Of course everyone is different, but after working at bank and school (complete opposite in organization values, societal perspective on those jobs and salary pay), these are the terms that I came to. Anyway, thanks for the video! Definitely subscribing :)

This is soooo true. Entering law students do not have a clue, when THEY SHOULD. Stop watching television and having legal career delusions and listen to people like these. And by the way Fordham does equally well as NYU or Columbia

This was truly informative. Can you look into more law schools that are in New York such as Fordham, Cardozo, St. John's, NYLS, and Hofstra? That would really help me out.

What does "2 lane" law school mean..? Please do not use abbreviations that aren't really universal in the podcast. I tried googling it couldn't even get the answer.

Probably referring to "Tulane" - not "2-lane" :)
