Those look like puppies. Puppies are really playful. Monkeys have a lot of energy. I bet once those dogs grow up they're going to get really tired of the monkey jumping on them all the time.
Now that it's a few years later I wonder how "friendly" this monkey is. Hopefully the owner figured out a long time ago that this really isn't just playing and that the monkey is going to get bigger, stronger and far more agressive than what it is in this video.
